We stayed here for a week whilst skiing in Selva. 
The hotel is 10 minutes walk in ski boots to the nursery slopes, less than 5 minutes to the Champinoi and 5 minutes to the Costabella chair lift. It's a great location to do the Sellafield Ronda. It's close to the main road, so near the bars and restaurants for apre ski. However, the hotel is two roads back, so is peaceful enough. There is a lovely bakers just round the corner and a cafe/bar almost next door for a coffee, hot chocolate or bombadeno.
The food was really good. We were on half board. Breakfast was a self service buffet, so there was plenty to eat. It was early enough to be ready before the lifts opened. The evening meal was a four course meal: salad buffet, first course, main and dessert. The main course was very well presented and didn't look very big, but we finished every meal full (stuffed!). The staff were brilliant and fluent in Italian, German and English, and friendly. 
The bedrooms were comfortable and warm, and clean. There were a few communal/lounge  areas, including a bar.
We loved our stay here.

Skiing holiday 

I stayed with friends in a large apartment with 3 rooms for 6 people and a sofa bed that would fit 2 more. 

The kitchen is well stocked and the owner even includes a tin of cookies and a large bowl of fresh fruit. Even the bathroom had shampoo, body wash, new toothpaste and toothbrushes and a washer for convenience. 

There is a dining table, sofa and TV with a large balcony with a lovely view of the mountain. Each room has an attached balcony (private for the master room and shared for the two other room - 3 balconies in total the gave us an 180 view around).

The apartment also has 2 full bathrooms, one with a bath and a standing shower. The apartment also has a rack for ski equipment that keeps the place clean.

The apartment really feels like a home when you enter and is quiet with only 1 neighboring apartment that I saw. 

For friends or family I would recommend this comfortable, clean home.

Everything was good. Room cleaning is every day, towel change every day. 
Hotel has very good ski room, there is enough space to place and dry skies and boots. 

Special thanks for restaurant Chief and waiters: food was tasty and friendly waiters. It made the evening atmosphere very special.

Great for ski holidays

We booked the hotel Olympia as part of a Crystal Ski package and weren't disappointed.  
This is a classic Italian hotel, simple with incredibly friendly and welcoming staff, hearty four course meals and spotless rooms.

As a group of three friends travelling for a ski holiday, it was perfect for our needs.  Our room had 3 single beds and was spotless.  It did lack a kettle and some cups, but otherwise we had no complaints.  Storage space was ample and the over bath shower was hot and powerful.  The room was cleaned daily and we were provided with fresh bedding and towels every day; just remember to check all the drawers as the cleaning lady does hide things occasionally!
We were on the top floor and our balcony looked out over the village and the pistes behind.  We also had a spectacular view of the Sella group of mountains, which are just stunning.

A ski/boot room is provided in the basement, with heated boot racks and ample ski storage, this is accessed by an internal lift or a code locked door from the driveway.  The Champinoi gondola is a 5 minute walk away and the chair lift no more than 10 minutes.  You can ski to within 100m of the hotel on the main run down from the Dantercerpes gondola.

Breakfast was a continental style buffet with a mixture of cereals, juices, yoghurt, fruits, breads, cheeses, egg, meats, pastries and cakes.  
The evening meal never disappointed.  We were served a four course meal - salad buffet, starter, main and desert - every day.  This was traditional Italian or Tyrolian food and was always well flavoured and cooked.  Portion sizes were just right to fill you up but not over face you.  The waiting team were friendly and professional and spoke a variety of languages to communicate with the patrons.
The only disappointment in the restaurant was that no drinks were included in the half board price which in my experience of Italian ski hotels is unusual.

Wifi was provided in the lobby, but the signal wasn't the strongest meaning that if several others were using it, you often couldn't sign on.  This is probably a blessing in disguise as its nice to escape the world whilst on holiday.  We were lucky to discover that the wifi was available on our balcony also, but it did not reach the rooms (we didn't expect this as it was made clear in the hotel information).

Our only disappointment was that the sauna and whirlpool were broken for the entire week of our stay but we were assured that it was under repair.  This didn't detract from our holiday and we would recommend this hotel for anyone wanting simple, traditional Tyrolian/Italian service.  If you want a boutique hotel, this isn't it.

Lovely friendly hotel

I stayed in Hotel Olympia for a week in March 2019, we were on a weeks' ski holiday in Selva Val Gardena, booked through ski tour operator Crystal. The hotel is located on a quiet street, 2 minutes' walk from the centre of town. Very convenient for the main Campinoi lift with access to the Costabella lift - 4 mins walk - also very easy. So easy access to the SellaRonda, in both directions.Close to the supermarket, several bars and restaurants and ski hire shops.
The hotel itself is fine - not the prettiest, alpine style hotel but our room was enormous (think it may have been a family room) with an extended balcony and fantastic view of the Sella mountains and Sassolungo. Bathroom could do with more than the small light above the sink! Breakfast was buffet style and adequate, the dinners served were 3 courses with a choice of starter and main course. The food was a disappointment to us as previous hotels we have stayed in in this area served much better food. The staff were very friendly and professional. 
We were told the hot tub was out of commission so we did not visit the spa, a shame as we had chosen that hotel with the sauna and hot tub in mind to relax after a day's skiing.
Ski room had heated boot racks, enough space and was convenient to get in and out of. We had to depart early on our last day and the hotel provided a packed breakfast for us which was generous and appreciated. Overall decent value and a good location for a resort which is quite pricey, for Italy.
