Is to too much ask to actually get what is promoted? The ad says wifi, breakfast, flat screen tv, air conditioning and we got none of these things! I've seen hostels for €10 a night for better value. Also he wouldn't even let us in to leave our bags somewhere. Go some where else!

I stayed there for one night and I was really disappointed. I had to wait pretty long for the guy to arrive (even if I told him the time I would arrive), when he came he gave me the keys, I had to ask for towels because there was no towel, also the keys he gave to me were not working, the beds& room were not very clean. A lot of broken things, uncomfortable bed... I would say it was pretty expensive for the things it offers. I will avoid it next time.

I would not recommend it

We were looking for a 1 night stay in Bari before starting our road trip, and we chose the b&b 21 for its location and price.
And these two are the very good points of the accommodation. The price is good and the location is central, walking distance from the old city, which worth visiting.
Now, the unlucky part: the pictures published to advertise this b&b are very misleading. I publish what the real place is, please, see my pictures.
Anyway, the place is an apartment at the 7th floor in a building. No name at the doorbell, no signs of the place at all. You call the number you get when you book and a guy arrives.
Inside the building all seems old (or under restoration), but who cares, actually.
The b&b is made of few rooms, a kitchen (not accessible, apparently, with a bed vertically on the wall but with food in the fridge!), and 2 bathrooms (apparently clean enough).
You meet the guy, you pay the guy, the guy disappears. No receipt.
Our room was the brown-colored one. It was not dirty, but a little dusty. Dust on the floor, on the night table and on the wooden parts of the bed. There wasn't flat-screen tv (as per the description); the balcony was full of rubbish/dirt stuff or pieces of furnitures. The windows were "whitish" (I cannot say dirty).
The breakfast is at the bar downstairs: 1 drink + 1 croissant. Stop.
For a night-stay could even be ok, but for few euros more I am sure there is some other better place.

Very nice pictures...far from the reality.

This is nothing more than a hostel. We arrived Tuesday and checked out 1 hour after checking in. 217 euros for 4 nights and couldn’t stay for over 1 hour. 

In booking.com it states whole apartment. Checked in to be told we had 1 room in the apartment and that it was a shared bathroom and kitchen. Doors are broken so whole place not secure. No WiFi no TVs and dirty is an understatement. Holes in walls, tv is drawn on wall as a joke, bathroom sink leaking into a bucket, no toilet seat as it’s snapped off. I could go on and on.....

Please....if you want a cheap getaway and don’t mind sleeping and living in dirt then book here. If not book elsewhere and pay abit extra.

you turn up at the address and try to get in,we were let in by a resident of the building who told us to go to the 7th floor where there is a note on the door to ring a number where you are taken to a different location carring your own bags half a mile away in 28degrees of heat,Oh ! and by the way you don,t get breakfast as they send you to a cafe across the road which was closed when we left so didn,t get anything to eat

the hotel does not exist,

I booked for 3 nights for 2 person, and I arrived in the early morning,I couldn't even drop by baggage as he was not living there and there isn't signage mentioned the B&B21.   I ended up spent extra to put to baggage at the train station drop baggage counter, and managed to have a good time in Lecce. In the evening, upon checked in he mentioned will issue the payment receipt to put on room table next day but apparently he didn't, no wifi in the room as well. The last night of my stayed, the hot water is not working, I am very disappointed.
