Beautiful spot in Umbria. Max 18 people / 3 appartments. We had the topfloor, which is very spacious. Simple but great furniture / kitchen / beds. Very friendly and helpful staff. The kids can help feeding the animali every morning, handpick fresh eggs and go horseriding. Plus a nice swimming pool and a bunch of hammocks to read those books finally!

Great hilltop Holiday!

I stayed at Monestevole July 7-14 2018 to host my first women’s wellness retreat. I had read many positive reviews, but my experience this past week exceeded all of my expectations. The quaint, rustic charm of Monestevole, the beautiful surroundings, and rolling hills was overwhelming! Adrienne, Filippo, and all of the staff are so kind, welcoming, and accommodating. By the end of the week they felt like a second family to me and my guests! Adrienne taught a yoga class for us every day and was also our masseuse - she is the best yoga instructor I’ve met and her massage was an incredible experience. We had a ton of fun with cooking classes, feeding the animals, and at our wine tasting evening. The week was a perfect mix of relaxation and cultural immersion. The rooms themselves were very clean, rustic, and beautiful. The meals were typical Italian / Umbrian dishes, and were definitely a highlight of our trip! It was absolutely delicious, natural and wholesome. Overall, our week at Monestevole was like a dream come true for me and my guests and I couldn’t recommend it enough! We will be back next year! Grazie a tutti voi per la bella esperienza!

Serenità Wellness Retreat at Monestevole- an incredible experience!

Magical place, beautiful people, exceptional hosts - warmhearted and opened! 
Very comfortable stay, wonderful food, stunning views. I felt truly welcomed and looked after, like part of a family.  Will come again!

Magical place

The most beautiful, unspoilt location with great views over forest and hills.  A superbly restored farmhouse with comfortable rooms.  The food is amazing.  The salt water pool is set on top of the hill so also has great views.  And all the staff are lovely!  Highly recommended for a retreat, group holiday or just a private holiday in one of the self contained apartments.

What a fabulous place!

Secluded and with stunning views, a beautiful hamlet of ancient buildings restored with original taste. Comfortable rooms with original furnishing, lovely atmosphere, good food, ideal for courses and retreats, it includes facilities and spaces suitable for anything from dance to yoga, from music to all sorts of seminars. The place aims to be ecological, self-sufficient for food and energy, and the people you meet there are always interesting.
