First of all, let me say, some of these reviews are ridiculous! 
   
      AMAZING, for the price. $20 😃 Cassie greeted me upon arrival. 
     Beautiful property, less than 1 Mile from Rick's, 5 minutes from Seven Mile and town. The property has several hammocks to relax on in the shade. Guests hang out at the gazebo bar area in the evening, chatting and listening to music. It's a nice, chill atmosphere. There is a washer and dryer and kitchen available to guests on the property. Conveniently next door is Value Mac grocery, good for snacks, drinks, and toiletries.There's parking on site, a security gate. 
      I had a private room, with a shared Jack n Jill bathroom, (only two rooms have access), so not everyone! And there's a lock. The room was exceptionally clean with a Queen bed. I checked for bed bugs, brand new mattress. 
I love it here and will definitely recommend to everyone who isn't picky. If your looking for five star go to the Hylton or RIU.

Best price, location, Clean, and SAFE

My boyfriend and I stayed 8 days at T&T's. It was the vacation we had dreamed of! The hosts, Tony and Gabrielle had us feeling welcomed from the start. They were helpful in giving us tips and suggestions for good restaurants and things to do in the area. We spent mornings playing cards and sipping coffee on the veranda of our room and petting the friendly puppies. Days were spent lying on the beach, snorkeling and exploring. 
	Our room was comfortable and clean. The property has several hammocks to relax on in the shade. Guests hang out at the gazebo bar area in the evening, chatting and listening to music. It's a nice, chill atmosphere. There is a washer and dryer and kitchen available to guests on the property. Conveniently next door is Value Mac grocery, good for snacks, drinks, and toiletries. 
	T&T is located on the beautiful cliffs of Negril. It's a 10 minute walk from Rick's Cafe which is worth going to to see the professional divers. Also walking distance is Xtabi where you can get some tasty food and drinks and swim and snorkel off the cliffs. We saw some very impressive sea life there including a majestic ray. 
	The 7 mile beach is just a straight walk down West End Road but it's also very simple to just hop in a taxi to get there. Make sure the taxi has a red license plate (meaning it's registered) and pay only 130 Jamaican dollars/person to get to the beach.
       Can't wait to come back to T&T's!

Love this place!

I was tired of resorts, sitting there watching myself get fat and drinking the days away. My girlfriend and I wanted something real and this was the answer. Tony and Gabbo made us feel right at home in their guesthouse and gave us all the insider tips to find all the best sights to see, places to swim/snorkel and great food to eat. Living in the heart of Negril for a week was an eye opening experience as I never imagined the city had so much buzz and electricity in the air. 

We'd often walk to the beach but there are also cheap cabs that bring you there in less than 10 minutes. Just make sure you choose one with a red license plate! 

Really looking forward to going back! Best value for the money by far. 

The authentic Jamaican experience 

Came in without making a reservation. Tony was awesome and helped us find exactly the room we were looking for. Super nice people and great accommodations!  T&T was an awesome stay👌🏻 Can rent snorkels and bicycles as well. 

Quiet location...walking distance to everything Negril

We had a great experience. It was a local style in a home setting. We stayed next door at his cousin Natalie's. We were greeted by his cousin Lisa. Very present young lady. She showed us to our room. NO AC but had 2 fan's and was cool in the night. We felt safe. It was a gated house next to  a mini mart. The room was clean . Remenber to bring your own soap an shampoo. If you forget the little store has it all. In your room you will have a small fridge and cable/internet tv. FREE WIFI also. Parking inside the gate.

Quite, affordable and safe.

Very, very dirty object, bedding and pillows smelled awfully, only cold water in the bathroom. Pictures on Booking are far from reality. Owners were rude and they charged us more than it was written on Booking in local currency. We told owners that we want to cancel our stay and they didn’t return us money back. We didn’t feel there safe at all. We stayed there one out of three days and we did’t get our money back.
