Stayed here for 1 night.  It was a clean, comfortable hotel and I would be happy to stay here again on my next visit.

Pros:
Location – very close to Sendai Station.  Be sure to take the EAST exit, and then it’s a short 5 minute walk from there.  There’s a convenience store right at the building entrance where you can load up on food/drinks.  In terms of nightlife, there is not much in the area so it’s better you walk over to the WEST exit side of the station.
Service – Friendly and efficient staff.  On check out day, they held our luggage for us while we went out for the day.
Good breakfast – variety of foods.  My favorite were the curry and the Japanese style omelette (dashimaki tamago).

Cons:
Could not think of any.


Comfortable Stay

The staff are really good to provide the wam and considerable service. It's very convenient that 7-11 is just next to it, and also near the railway station.

All is good for the stay but the room is very small as all the standard Japanese hotels.
However, we were outsides for the daytime the room space doesn't bother me.

A comfortable and convenient hotel

Convenient location. Within 5 min walk from east station gate. Reception on the 2nd floor. Room clean but need refurbishment of the wall. 7-eleven convenience store beside the hotel.  Complimentary face mask, coffee drip dried & Darjeeling tea are offered at the reception desk. Highly recommend Kushirdori yakotori store across the hotel.

Daiwa roynet sendai

Comfortable room with superb services.  The room is well-equipped and clean.  The location is opposite to east exit of Sendai station.  The lobby and reception is on the second floor of the building.  There is a convenient store at the entrance of the building.

Comfortable hotel with great location

Stay here 2 night, we found everything is very good, this is the best hotel for our trip.
Locate close to jr station, very nice staff, the twin room is good, comfortable bed and pillow, clean room, breakfast is very good

We stayed at this hotel 2 nights.
Hotel was clean. location is great, just around the JR station and near food and shopping. 15 minute walk to the baseball stadium. Breakfast was good, some small changes from one day to the next but mostly the same. Breakfast room is small and does fill up fast so get there early. We booked a twin room so we had a bit more space as these rooms are generally smaller. We would stay here again.

Great location

Directly opposite the massive JR Morioka Station. Good location.

Room are standard and they have great staff ranging from the room cleaning lady to the reception. Worth the stay. I like the breakfast.

A new and nice hotel

Location across the station makes it convenient. Friendly check in but cannot understand why I have to use the machine to pay with the staff standing by and doing all the work. Actually, I really hate the machine. Please get rid of it as it’s so impersonal. When a guest arrives at the hotel, it’s more preferable to deal with a human than a machine (unless the human is unpleasant).

Room was clean but looked tired and worn out. Fridge and kettle in room was handy. 
Rates weren’t exactly cheap in Sendai but I wanted an early start on the Shinkansen and also I like the proximity to restaurants at the station. Booked one night in a double room as I wanted a bit more space but it was almost a replica of a single in another hotel that I stayed in the previous night.

Good location

We stayed here for 4 nights to use this as a base to visit not only Sendai, but also Matsushima bay and Yamadera Temple. 

- Location: pefect for travellers. It is just outside Sendai station. The Sendai city loop bus (tourist bus) is 5 minutes from the hotel at the main bus station. You can visit the main landmarks in the city with this bus. 

There is a good Izakaya around the corner called Tsukasa!

- Service: The staff was friendly. We used Yamato bagage service to send our bags from our previous hotel to this one. It was a smooth proces. 

- Breakfast: good buffet with lots of choice. More fish than we are used to, but that's normal in this area. Its also a good option as a restaurant in the evening.

Overall a good hotel with a beautiful lobby in my opinion and great location.

I've spent around two weeks travelling around Japan and mostly stayed with Daiwa Roynet.  However this one really fall short of my expectations mainly in the service of it's reception staff.  We checked in at around 10am and the guy advised that check in is from 2pm which is fine but he kept typing away at his keyboard, looking a but confused and lost.. He finally asked me to complete the check in form and went in and out of the room with our passport. He finally gave me a slip and asked that we present the slip to get our key card and luagges.. But... He didn't hand us back our passport and without us realizing, we headed off to another town (around 1.5hours away) and at the middle of our trip, we were horrified that we've "lost" our passport... We headed back to the hotel hoping it was with them.  When we arrived back at the reception we explained what had happened and none of them seem to care that they didn't hand is back the passport!  Worst, they didn't have any record of our check in so we have to do it all over again.... 

In terms of the room, it's quite dated compared to other branches. Room is smaller than other branches with a tiny tv.  The housekeeping also switched off our fridge even though we kept some dairy products in there...  

Overall, I wouldn't stay here again and will try another hotel when I revisit Sendai.
