This is a veryconvenient hotel in the airport. Great for those with early morning flights. Rooms are spacious. Do note a return train trip to Nagoya cost 2500 yen per pax, better to drive if in group.

Good transit hotel

The hotel is just in the airport and very convenient for transit or for those with early morning flights. Room size is reasonable. But train to Nagoya is relatively expensive, at 1,250yen per direction.

Convenient transit hotel

Looks can be deceiving. The room we booked was quite small but every corner and space was used efficiently as the basic amenities are quite complete. There's a bath tub, shower, and a separate toilet even if the room was small. 
What I love about this hotel is that it's just at the airport so shops are conveniently within reach. Another plus is that there is a massage chair and unlimited coffee for hotel guests downstairs.

Compact clean hotel

The design of Nagoya airport was excellent.  The transportation (train, car rental, bus), shopping, eating, convenience store were all integrated.  Thus, this hotel is one of the best place that you can stay when in Nagoya.  November was a cold month, but we were warm and sheltered with all the amenities.
The hotel was stylish.  The cedar wood smell throughout the lobby/ rest area makes you feel so warm and welcomed.  Free coffee and massage chair was provided.  Really nice relaxing ambiance.  There is also a free shuttle to Aeon mall for some last minute shopping (not sure if by hotel or airport though).
But nothing beats the front desk team.  They have the best team who can understand guests needs and really made an effort to help.  They went all the way out to help us retrieve a luggage that we had left in our previous hotel.  We were so glad that the staff could communicate to us in English, with ease.  
Overall, I would highly recommend this hotel.

Convenience, style and great service!

Conveniently located in the airport which is good as we have an early morning flight the next day.

Check in time is 3 pm. We arrived at 1 pm, wanting to leave our luggages there before going for lunch. However the hotel lets us check in to the room direct. This is nice as Japan hotel is strict in check in time.

Room is clean and spacious. Bed is big too for two of us. Lovely sunset views with sea, mountain and planes taking off. We have the most comfortable sleep for this trip. 

There is a coffee machine in the lounge. 

We took the shuttle bus to Aeon Mall for lunch, the hotel has the time table and map for bus stop. There are ample food options in the airport public area for dinner.

From check out of hotel to check in airline and clear immigration, it takes less than 30 minutes. 

It is a great first time experience staying in an airport hotel.



First stay in an airport hotel and is great

Because of early morning flight, I stayed at this hotel.  Connecting to airport directly and great staff.  Room was spacious and clean.  Very quiet even near airport.  Hotel has a restaurant but many great restaurants in two terminals of this airport.

Convenient and great room with excellent staffs

名古屋に夜11:00に到着した為に利用しました。一泊だけでしたが、飛行場滑走路側の景色の良い部屋でした。お部屋もお風呂も綺麗でコストパフォーマンスバッチリです。おすすめします。

Used this hotel as we arrived late in the evening. Booked most spacious (most expensive too?) room and it had nice scenery where plane lands/departs. The room including bathroom was clean and had a pleasant stay. Service was super too and it’s about 100-200m away from the arrival/departure hall.

便利なホテル

This hotel was easily the nicest I stayed in during my short trip to Aichi prefecture. It is connected to the airport terminal so an excellent place to stay before a flight out of Nagoya Centrair airport. The staff were polite and welcoming.

I booked a standard single room with breakfast included, and stayed 2 nights. The room was spacious, clean, modern and tastefully decorated. There were two beds in the room, as well as a comfortable chaise, a wardrobe and a desk and chair. I loved the bathroom - it was a wet room with a cosy deep bath, and a shower with standard and rainfall heads. It was an unexpected pleasure to arrive to such a relaxing space, and be able to restore some energy before leaving the country. Despite my window looking out toward the runway, I wasn't bothered by outside noise at all. It wasn't completely soundproofed but I barely noticed the takeoff and landing sounds. The only disruptive sounds were occasional odd noises coming from the (extremely high tech) toilet (!). 

The breakfast buffet was superb, with many different Japanese and Western options, including (but not limited to) miso soup, rice, a variety of pickled vegetables, two different types of homemade tofu, tonkatsu skewers, dried fish, omelette, scrambled eggs, sausages, bacon, delicious pastries, Nagoya custard, fresh fruit, and salad. It is well worth including breakfast in the room booking.

That's why my kid said! And yes, I have to agree with him! I wished I had stayed more nights instead of the 2 nights I had. Location of course cant be faulted as it's right at the airport. Front desk staff were polite and professional and friendly.
Was very impressed with the lobby area, lots of little nooks and sitting area for people to rest while waiting for their flights after check out. Gave me a really cosy feeling, almost like Xmas!
I stayed in the Pacific Wing and I love it. Such a cool room layout and design and so clever! Good use of space and the safebox was hidden under the sofa. Also had really nice teacups for me to make tea with. And I also loved the fact that the room had an open concept "wardrobe". Bed was super super comfy and I love the light switches. One of the best spaces I had in the bathroom too, the vanity top had so much space for all my stuff and make up. Female travellers would appreciate this! Shower and tub were also in a cubicle and the toilet was separated. Very good water pressure which is something I appreciate a lot too.
Although I could see planes coming in and out, the room was totally soundproof! And they give me the prettiest mineral water bottles too. Was given some health tonic supposed to promote better sleep when I checked in but the beds and pillows were comfortable enough!
I will definitely return again!

Why do we stay at the nicest hotel at the end?

The check-in area looks ordinary .... but surprise comes after going through immigration. The 2nd floor is the  shopping and food paradise for tourists. All important local brands are available. The contrasting decor of traditional and trendy, western and Japanese is impressive! Must visit attraction!
