Best view of the city and surprisngly quiet. Within close walking distance to shopping and excellent restaurants. Hostess was very kind and met me upon late arrival. Great place to stay! Bring a basic knowledge of Russian or a good translation service.

Clean, quiet and friendly

Unbeatable view of Astana from this place. The entrance is very hard to find. The owner knows little of English, but can understand some of them. The room is huge but the bathroom is very difficult to use. Water is not running properly. Overall is okay. The view is worth it. 

Excellent view from the room.

This was a great find, but it is a bit difficult to actually find in person.  Wonderful small hotel on the 41st floor of a really tall building - one of the 3 "Northern Lights" buildings in the center of the new part of town.  Incredible view of the Baiterik (tower thing that kind of looks like a torch with a ball on top) and other landmarks.  Clean room with comfy bed.  Price includes breakfast, which wasn't gourmet, but so what.  Wifi was a bit iffy, and the hot water temperature in the shower was a little hard to control, but welcome to Kazakhstan.  Would definitely recommend this place given the price and location.  Manager(s) were very friendly, but you may need google translate to communicate.  Little to no English.

Incredible location and view and very well priced

The property is awesome and located on the highest floor of the building. The only tricky part to stay here is to find the apartment. Just keep in mind that this is not a hotel it’s a personal apartment used for business purpose but it’s totally safe to stay here with Family.

The apartment building entrance is from inside the small shopping mall where there are many small coffee shops and mini mart.
Room comes with excellent view of Astana specially at night and Free WiFi. 

The owner is very cooperative, we asked for airport transfer and she came with us early in the morning to arrange the taxi also to make sure that taxi will charge 2000kz for the airport. 

Here are the tips which will help you to find the apartment:

Step 1: Ask Taxi Driver to drop you at Dostyk Avenue 5 Street, in front of Mega Sport - see attached picture

Step 2: Entrance to shopping mall is next to Tez Tour sign board (which is under the stairs) - see attached picture

Step 3: Go to Level 1 using stairs

Step 4: Almost 50 steps away on your left next to the shop you will see glass entrance showing ДОСТЬIК 5/1. This is the entrance.

Step 5: To unlock the door press 221 or wait somebody open it for you

Step 6: Now go to 41 floor, apartment number 221 or call to the number provided in booking.

That's it :)

Best Place to Live in Astana

This property has a great price, the best vies and very central to shopping centre,restaurants, transport and most new attractions. Very Central. On the 41st floor of a condo block, it had amazing views. On the downside, It is extremely hard to find, luckily my Grab driver to was able to ring to get directions within the building. My room was up an extra flight of stairs - with a recently broken ankle this was rather difficult. The room was not serviced in the 3 days I stayed there. A basic breakfast was delivered to the room, no choice. Hot water and refrigerator was OK.

Good budget place to stay but some disadvantages

Well, the view and the room and the location is really great till the moment..... when you find out in the evening that you have hot water only. No cold water in the place. Other moment is a lift to the 41 floor. Be ready for nice moment is there) the other interesting moment is a lady who didn't explain how to get in there.
