This is the third year in a row that my husband and I have visited UPA. And it hasn't disappointed yet! 
Very cosy atmosphere, the spacious rooms. Only the TV is slow, but if you don't have something necessary to watch - maybe it's for the best.😃
The staff is extremely friendly.
Great pool and sauna area. Always clean, not shabby. We always go in the evening, around 8pm, so it's really normal traffic, you can try everything with no waiting.
The food is just perfect! Varied, healthy, suitable for vegetarians (even vegans would survive, just less variety). Although the 3 time per day buffet is a bit too much for us, we don't get hungry, we can't resist ordering - it's so tasty. 😃
The treatments, as far as I could tell, are also faultless.
I really like the "Upa" programme, there could be more short programmes like this, which would make the prices more affordable and make it possible to afford this kind of relaxation more often.
By the way, it seems that this spa is mostly chosen by cool people 😃 But really! Polite, calm. Although there are a lot of children sometimes, even they are somehow less mischievous than in other places.😃

Fits us very well

Atmosphere, service, care, food is just excellent! Always coming back here to recover, get healthier and to rest in really peaceful environment. Especially all employees are very nice, professional and really helped with all questions. Highly recommend!!!

The service is very helpful. Everything is clean and comfortable. Only at night it was too hot to sleep, and the window in the bedroom does not open.  Sveikatingumo paslaugos kokybiškos. The restaurant's food is delicious.

Accommodation and evaluation of wellness services

There is no limit to perfection, but otherwise everything is great. We had a good rest, regained our strength. The food is varied and very tasty, the staff is helpful. Continue to maintain that level.

A long weekend adventure in a place one should wish to return.
Clean and spatial room, friendly staff, great wellness treatments, pool and sauna exercises and more.
Special advice - just try a meal in the restaurant and you won't go anywhere else.
This is a place you ought to visit!

UPA Story

UPA is an amazing place to relax. It has great facilities, food is tasty, rooms are super clean, however, it lacks a little bit of sound proofing, because you can hear neighbours with crying babies fairly well. Beds are super comfortable. Spa features, massages are amazing. 
Overall, would highly recommend for a relaxing vacation

I recommend this particular SPA out of many similar available in the city, because it is never too crowded, not too expensive, gives an option to get meal 3 times per day, gives unlimited visits to pool and saunas. And you can apply to many relaxation and healing procedures within the same building, usually even on the same day

Calm and peaceful relaxation

I liked everything. the food is very tasty and luxurious. The staff are smiling and very helpful. Treatment procedures are excellent. The only thing I didn't like was the room management. did not change towels, promised water, but never received it.
I recommend others to visit.

Rest Medical Center Upa

Excellent, as always. It does not matter if you come just once a year, or your last visit was a couple of years ago: everything looks fresh as if they opened only a week ago. They (I mean owners) simply spend money on their brand, and visitors like it. Food is brilliant, service belongs to the highest standards, and you want it more and more. Together with this, prices are just moderate. Come and get it!

Wonderfull food, wonderfull staff, comfy beds, nature surroundings. It was great stay and definitely we will be back. Free parking, warm pool, very professional massage. I would call it as a boutique Hotel with Spa, which is awesome.
