Stayed here for 1 night together with my colleague. Booked a standard twin room for RM96/night. The room we got had no windows. Basic and clean. Good security - CCTV at every corner and turn; double latch on room door. Tea/coffee making facility available in-room. Hot and cold shower was functional but the water pressure could use a little improvement. No elevators, so be prepared to climb stairs. East Coast Mall and Stadium Darul Makmur is within walking distance.

The location totally won the choices of outsider especially those travel by bus.

its a walking distances 300m from local bus station totally opposite the stadium and major shopping mall

Pro's:
1.Huge and spacious room
2.Carpeted floor yet still decent
3.Strong aircond, big screen tv and kettle with coffea tea
4.Good towel

Con's:
1.Noisy sound from engine/generator room
2.No lift
3.Poor lobby for a great look building from outside
4.Toilet look like 80's yet clean. low water pressure
5.Surround easy to find food and convinients store but need to walk 300m

would consider to stay again if they have special offer

note: the front desk especially the lady look fierce but she really helpful  and informative where to shop/ dine

Suggestion:
1.Please dont let/put your housekeeping stuff at back door opposite 107, its messy and look dirty

2.Built your lobby into 3-4 different space for guest to seat n waiting/meeting

3.Its a waste not to utilise existed cafe beside the lobby, perhaps consider for business room to attract SME crowd

4.Uniform please, this is year 2000, please upgrade

Huge Spacious Yet Look Run Down

Everything was just ok .. room comes with full set of toiletries even though room quite small and no window available..location good since its nearby with capitamall and can walk to the mall within 3,minutes. Good car park location not too crowded..

Good room but no window available

i stayed here few times since the first room i got is very new and equipped nicely.the bathroom is with heater and really clean. my second stay is on 21st of may 2016 and we were given room 217. the room was very old, with queen bed and dusty. theres no carpet and it was really small. the price is rm100 and i can get  a cheaper room with better  room around kuantan. my son had asma so i begged them to change to room.luckily they given me another room that is better.room 207. breakfast is okay.
