Just because it is close to the attractions in Melaka,its okay to stay a nice place.Budjet friendly hotel.if you are keen to walk and explore around there.We went...We went to a restaurant  which is very popular there which is less 5 minutes walking. Other than that you need to drive by car.  It really needs a recheck on the price! Overall  happy.

-got kettle coffee tv with some astro services such as hbo etc
-we stayed at room for 3 people
-it seems old
-but the facilities are good , the airconds , hot water , tv , no iron 
-free parking , but i got majlis bandaran ticket  for permission to park from the hotel , dont know what it means , its like i have to fill the period of time that im going to  park at place it on my dashboard , 
-the hotel is in rumah kedai 
-the hotel does bot have its own parking for its own guest , you park around the rumah kedai ,there are a lot of car by night, so you may have to park quite far from the hotel if you are not lucky  
-3 people got sale price for RM96.51, not bad right ?

Just because it is close to the attractions in Melaka, they put up a hefty price tag for the rooms. The rooms are basic and not to my satisfaction. The family room was old with smelly bed sheets and don't have any ironing facilities or fridge. It really needs a recheck on the price! Overall not happy.

It looks like budget but they overcharged us

Not a bad hotel.Stayed for 2 nights with friends for a function.Location is okay if you are keen to walk and explore around there.We went to a restaurant that serve nice dish 'Adam Pedas' which is very popular there which is less 5 minutes walking.
Other than that you need to drive by car.

Checked in on 25 March 2018,arrived earlier @ 1415 but room not ready yet. While awaiting at hotel lobby, the 2 female reception watch movie at PC with a loud soon at the lobby, quite disturbing.
After room is ready ,entering the room and we found that flush toilet not working and bidet already broken.
Report tu one of staff name Musa before going out and he informed will check it but after coming back from dinner it still not fixed. Report to another staff name Ali and he change our room. Tq Ali.
Room already old and need major refu refurbishment. Hot water not hot and toilet is still look okay.

Budget Hotel That Need Major Refurbishment

Due to cancellation by owner from airbnb booking, we ended with this hotel at price RM450 for a 2 double bed room. I would summarized as horrible stay, the worst 3 stay hotel that I’ve ever stay. The hotel is very rundown, very low maintenance. The hotel outlook is not as nice as we seen from the picture. There’s some cloth hanging at the window from one of the staff room. The free carpark is just parking at the common area, and they give you few piece of “Majlis Bandaraya Melaka” parking coupon. The room is quite old, stain on bed sheet, stain on window frame, odd smell towel, shower tab malfunction. And the worst part is, there is a permanent resident under the bed called lizard. My friend have a sleepless night as the lizard is hopping around. I will never return to this hotel.
