Location is good though it was a bit difficult to find the hotel as it is on a road off the main road and the signboard was not so conspicous.  Shops and eateries are nearby and public parking is just in front of the hotel.  Jetty was just a few minutes away.  Room  was very basic but good for a nite's rest.  The bed was comfortable.  The washing sink was a bit dirty and a good scrub would have gotten rid of the moss around the sink which put me off the minute I opened the bathroom door.  The windows of the bathroom was tinted but translucent and there was no curtains.  And if you take the higher floor, you have to walk up as there is no lift.  Overall, good for the price we were paying

Good for a nite before leaving for Tioman

Basic accommodation with minimal amenities. Good for a night stay in Mersing before heading to Tioman Island. About ten minutes walk to the jetty. The property is also surrounded by many restaurants and dining outlets. Stop by Bangawan Solo Cafe (just below property) for a delicious roti canai!

Basic Accommodation

The hotel location is central in Mersing town. The staff were friendly and present 24 hours. sheets and towel were clean. room was a bit small but adequate. However,  The air conditioner had not been serviced in months and the filter was completely blocked. Air con unit was high on/ wall so difficult to open it and remove filter - but when I removed filter, the hotel staff washed them quickly and I put them back and air con was fine. Bathroom floor was very uneven and a large pool of water accumulated in centre of floor as drain hole was higher than most of floor.

Ok but poorly maintained

This is a very budget hotel.

What’s Good?
1. Very near to Mersing Jetty and within walking distance
2. At the city centre of Mersing town
3. Accessible to multiple facilities like bank, food, grocery, etc.
4. Fast check-in

What Needs Improvement?
1. The interior is quite old
2. The room is quite small
3. No elevator if you have elderly people

An Average Hotel

We went here because we left the hotel we originally booked (because it was so incredibly bad) we were really glad they still had a room left. If it wasnt for a few minor things I wouldve given it 3 stars. 
The lamp by the bed didnt work, the shower barely worked ( had like 3 drops coming out), there were bugs on the tray with the complimentary waterbottles and the toilet cloaked after flushing it once.. Also the boiler isnt installed very safely, but thats probably something that happens fairly often. The towels and sheets were clean (sheets on one bed cleaner than the other tho)
 The price however is very doable so I guess you shouldnt expect that much for this amount of money. It was alright for one night, but I guess thats probably the average duration of a stay here since there’s not much else to see/do.
