unfortunately, during breakfast (average), vending machines for all drinks have been broken - tea, coffee, juices; the service shrugged and said "do not work." It was not polite and not very professional.

Staff were helpful and friendly
What was bad
Lift not working, food was basic and not enough variety, tv had no plug, air-con didn't work, no safe, toilet a bit iffy, smell of sewage in room, no tea/coffee facilities, had to trek down to reception (no lifts) and get from vending machine.
