When we got to the apartment building and saw it were shocked. The apartment was very dirty, equipment and furniture inside destroyed. The refrigerator was broken. In the kitchen there were no glasses, plates, pots ...
The bathroom also was dirty.
We had booked a stay with breakfast but we found the place that the restaurant does not have, and for breakfast we had to walk to another guest house - approx. 300 m in one direction.
During the meeting Menager facility offered us 3 solutions:
1. 10% discount on the entire stay
2. remain only for 3 days and look for yourself at this time another apartment
3. cancellation and refund the collected with any credit advances
We chose option # 3 and left the building.
After more than 2 weeks for my credit card account cost burden noticed the entire stay, which was incompatible with the agreements.
Beware of scammers

Dirty and destroyed .

--Smelly hotel as bathroom in guest room smells really bad probably due to sewage problem. The entire toilet is not fixed well to the ground and moving!
--Unprofessional married hotel owner hitting on hotel guests, but is no where to be found when things in the room break/dont work.
--Albanian cleaning lady who lives in guest house who is rude and always shouting. You have to beg her to get toilet paper or towels and sometimes she grabs you.
-Shower holder not fixed so when you shower the shower head is moving 360 degrees!
--No wifi in room at all! 
--Hotel owner no where to be found, reception has no one there.
