We stayed here for 5 nights and safe to say this apartment has one of the best views of the Kotor bay. It's a very short walk down to old town and only a few minutes away from the local bakery what sells the best pastries :) 
Apartment itself was clean and quiet and owner of the place was very helpful and welcoming. We really had the best time and will definitely be back! Would highly recommend this place.

Beautiful apartment, amazing views!!!

Very nice apartment, clean, comfortable with stunning view of the old town Kotor. In the property is the amazing pool very clean also with view of the old town. Menager Zelko is very helpful . We really enjoyed at Doncic apartment's and we will come again for sure.

Superb week in our vacation.

My family and I have stayed in Apartaments Dončič for ten days in May/June. The apartament had perfect amenities and was very clean. There was a beautiful view overlooking Kotor Old Town and the stunning mountains. The staff were very kind and friendly. We were also able to make use of the brand new swimming pool, which was very modern and cool. This was a great stay and we will definitely try and come back here if we come to Montenegro again. It is a great place to explore beautiful Montenegro.

Excellent Apartament in a beautiful setting.

My husband and I stayed on night to come check out Kotor. It’s such a pretty area with many spots to jump in the water all along the entire bay. Our room had a nice terrace to enjoy your morning coffee or evening drink. It was quite hot when we were there in June 35+ degrees so we just wanted to be near the water during the day. The bathroom was modern with a nice shower. The kitchen had just enough dishes for 2 people. The bed had just a thin sheet that was on the small side for two people so we had a pretty bad sleep, but I imagine we could have messaged the owner for a proper bed cover. 

It’s just a short walk down a steep driveway and you are at the water, not a dedicated beach or anything but we jumped off the concrete pads to cool off and it was great. To go to Kotor beach is around 30 mins. And halfway there is the old town to check out. There are grocery stores all around the bay so your never far from one. The beach didn’t have sunbeds it’s a bring your own sort of thing but we expected that. 

After seeing the whole area I would choose to stay on the opposite side of the bay to be closer to beaches and the old town. It seems there are a lot more sea front rentals on the other side as well. But for the price we thought it was good value staying here.

Great value, close to water

Been to Istria, Dalmatia and round Montenegro. This was the best. The big selling point is the view - it's quite simply stunning. Lovely spot away from the Old Town (stayed in Stari Grad at start of holiday - good but very noisy). The flat itself was a proper house. Separate bed and lounge, full kitchen (not just a two ring hob like many places). Zeljko the owner makes a major effort which will help greatly, and his homemade wine is excellent. All in all, cannot recommend highly enough.

Best Place I Have Ever Stayed

Spent 5 nights at this clean, modern, spacious 3 bed apartment with a spectacular view over looking the Kotor bay and city wall.
Owner Zeljko was very helpful, sent us the directions and photos of how to get to his  apartment by WhatsApp.
Probably the best apartment with a sea view in Kotor.
Highly recommended.



Wow what a view

The apartment we had was very modern and clean, had a lovely terrace with table and chairs with an amazing view across the bay to Kotor old town. Walking distance to the old town. The owner was very helpful and friendly. A great, peaceful place to stay in Kotor.

Great holiday

The apartments are in a good position with spectacular views across to the old town and the mountains. The walk to the old town takes about 10-15 minutes. The road is quite narrow & the paths not great in places. Need to be careful  when cars are passing as some drivers are not very considerate to pedestrians.
We stayed in the studio at the very top of the complex right next to the pool.
There are two very steep paths or steps near the top to reach the studio. This should be mentioned when booking as it would be a significant problem to anyone that is not fully fit.
The studio has almost everything you need for your stay, cooking, cleaning and dining, a large fridge freezer even a dishwasher. The bedroom is small., only 4 hangers ! The living area has a 3 seater couch and a tv. The tv only has about 5 local channels with no English speaking ones. The bathroom is very basic ( shower only that is not connected to the wall ) there was no mop & bucket and the floor did get very wet at times. The outside area is good with fantastic views.
The owners who have a house just at the side of the studio were brilliant hosts.
Zeljko is always available via WhatsApp. His parents were on hand to quickly fix a small problem with the front door. 
The pool area is good with enough sun lounges, a few chairs & tables, ( pool not heated ) .
The apartments are very good value for money, near enough to the old town but far enough away for a bit of peace & quiet.
I would recommend the Doncic apartments .

Spectacular Views

Stayed with my husband in Sept for 6 nights. Our host Zeljko came and met us when we arrived and explained how things work. 
The apart is around 15 minutes walk from the main attractions, there is a lovely bakery called pekara vrmac near the apartment too. 
The view from Doncic is great, it also had washing machine and dish washer. 
It's definitely a good place to stay while in Kotor.
