Very friendly and helpful owners who go out of their way to make your stay comfortable. They provided us with coffee before a very early flight and helped to confirm air tickets. I think think really made our stay. 
The location is outstanding. A little tricky to find at first, but very central especially if you arrive by train. 
The shower was fantastic and the bed comfortable. Decent breakfast, air con and HBO movie channel. Refill water bottles in the corridor. Wifi a little slow....
A grab and go convenience store is across the road. Try the 999 Shan Noodle restaurant in 34th street too!

This was our first time staying at Cherry Guest House and we enjoyed our few days very much. The location is great and the staff very friendly. On arrival they came rushing down the stairs to carry our ports to the first level where the office is located. We stayed at a higher level so made use of the lift to our room on 7th level. Breakfasts were slightly different each morning and you can help yourself. Fruit also supplied with breakfast. We will return.

Good guesthouse in central Yangon. 5 mins to everywhere . Near the station and travel agents , money changers etc

The rooms have ac , tv , hot water and wifi that is so good breakfast is good too

Check some rooms have no windows , I have stayed in both . They are fine for a overnight stop Esp if you need a good nights sleep

Great location 

Room small but with window and all necessaries for 2 people (or 3 as 1 double one single bed). 4th floor but reliable lift.Good air con and shower etc plus bottled water provided. Helpful Pharmacy opposite and good pavement eating places and night market just down the road. Station and river (opp directions) 10 minute walk away and bus to Schwedagon Pagoda. It all happens, breakfast, check in, socialising etc in reception office and we found them very helpful and friendly. Perfectly adequate/good breakfast served round table and chance to chat with fellow travellers (but not compulsory!). 
I had a bad leg during the trip but found that lifts, short walks, buses and taxis prevented this being a problem.

Very conveniently located for Station and landmarks. Friendly staff and chance to chat with fellow travellers.

Friendly and helpful staff. They let us check in early and also have breakfast on our arrival day, very handy as we had been on an overnight bus. They helped us arrange a taxi to the airport. The bed and pillow were comfortable. The shower pressure and heat were good. Aircon was cold. The breakfast was ok, toast, some fruit, Asian style rice, etc. Location was ok. 
This is a budget place, good for 1 night. 

The shower drain blocked up after 15seconds of showering and I felt like it was going to overflow into the room. There were ants in the floors, walls etc. The blankets were basically large old towels.
