First, hotel was very affordable, clean and comfortable, good breakfast included, good location, just 2 mins walk from china town, a short walk to Sule pagoda, got many street foods near the hotel. Hotel staffs were warm, kind and helpful. Anything you want, you can ask. The best place if you wanna escape from pricey tourist traps. 

Great place for budget traveller, clean and comfortable.

The hostel is in a very convinient location. A lot of food to grab just outside and a famous food street just like 3 minuts walk away. Very good local style massage on the same street too. Rooms are very small and yes it is a bit humid hence there's no windows yet if you stay outside all day and just come back to sleep does it matter really? Rooms very clean and very friendly staff. 

Stay

I was stay here for 1 nite. The room is very small, quite clean but not cheap. Its located on Chinese street. U can find some food courts nearby after 10 mins walk. The food is cheap and delicious but the accommodation is not good at all.

Average service

You can smell humity and smoke all the time. It is very strong and after one night I started to feel sick. There are no windows.  
Only recommended if you are on very tight budget and you are not a light sleeper. 

Terrible smell

This was a pretty bad experience. We booked online a 'standard double room'. We arrived pretty late and all the rooms were taken except for a windowless and smelly room near the reception which they had to clean before we entered... After some arguing, the staff told us that that was the standard room and they had no more rooms available. We ended up staying as it was already paid and they didn't want to give us a refund but honestly the room really smelled like piss and humidity and had a lot of machine  noises that we guess are from other buildings power generators. The staff was nice after all but whatever you do, don't take a standard room as there are 2 like this and both are pretty bad. Also, the breakfast is basically coffee mix with a little bun so don't get your hopes up high...
