We were in HIMALAYA APARTMENT HOTEL for around 6 weeks, was absolutely fantastic!!!
RS1 room and Fuji room, perfectly suited our requirements. Dipendra, his familly    (CONGRATULATIONS AGAIN!!! ) and hotel stuff are very nice and helpful people.
Close to Patan Durbar Square, shopping mall, beautiful part of the city.

Great place to stay in Kathmandu.

I stayed at the Himalaya Apartment Hotel for business purposes two years in a row, both times for 3 weeks. I enjoyed their very spacious, well equipped (fridge, gas cooker, large TV set, sofa) and clean apartments, each one with a balcony, and with excellent wifi. Great conditions to get good work done. The service staff at the reception was extremely friendly and helpful, and the Shakya family (owners) did their very best to make me feel welcome, comfortable and at home. My home from home! I would love to stay there again!

Spacious, well equipped, clean home from home

Himalaya apartment is located in a very comfortable location to commute anywhere in Kathmandu. The apartment itself is really value for money. Nice and cosy, the staffs are very cordial and helpful apartment is very neat and clean. In terms of security this place is extremely safe, you will feel like you are at your own home. I have really enjoyed my stays here and I strongly recommend any expatriate to try this apartment for sort or long term. What I particularly like about this place is everything is hardly 5 minutes walking distance from here i.e. Shopping Mall, supermarket, restaurants, Patan Square, coffee shops, UN compound, Brtish school, hospitals and airport is 15 minutes away. In case of any crises you could literally can walk to the airport. The owner of the apartment Mr Dipen is so helpful that he can organise almost everything for the patrons. I am truly impressed by their arrangements and hospitality...Go for it.

Just top of the options in KTM Np Valley, wonderful strategic situation, easy access to facilities, secured online 24H/day, 30 min from airport, safe water supplied, staff at foreigners know how level as required, perfect stay for research, recovery, rest, academic, tourism or biz basecamp of the higher quality for a very reasonable fees in such location, RWL

The most dedicated, praticable, agreable sejour in KTM Np Valley

Owner and staff are very friendly and room and facilities are well maintained. Conveniently located in Lalitpur and close to restaurants of all kinds of food. The newly opened Italian restaurant right in front is tastey and reasonably priced.

Not luxurious but good enough

I stayed at this hotel on a business trip. Room was very spacious well equipped with fridge, tv,gas,etc. Wifi was available for 24hours. It's in good location surrounded by food joints n shopping mall.

Well equipped , clean, spacious

Very convenient and large serviced apartments in the Patan area of Kathmandu - close to many good restaurants, shops and other facilities. A short distance to the airport and the old city of Kathmandu. The apartments are spacious and well-equipped for individuals, couples or families. The owner, Dipendra, is most helpful and welcoming, the room rates were fair, reasonable and great value for the size of apartment, and other things like laundry were also most reasonable. The only drawback was the road outside was being widened and resurfaced so it was dusty and difficult to walk around. However, the road was being resurfaced at the time of writing this review so should be much better now. Overall a good place to stay, especially for a longer trip.
