Stayed there and used two suites. Perfect location, breakfast was good, and staff was very attentive. I will definitely stay here again. Worth the money we paid. Can't say recommend this hotel enough.

Great stay all around.

The hotel is conveniently located close to most attractions in Granada! There is a pool and lots of outdoor places to sit! The rooms are large and nicely furnished! We had one with a kitchen and large living room! The bed is very comfy and it is very quiet at night! Plaza Marbella is a great value in the beautiful city of Granada!

A lovely hotel with a r really nice breakfast!

Very friendly and helpful staff; you really feel welcome here. Spacious apartments with big, excellent rooms, and big bathrooms. Clean. Nice A/C. Dark bedroom with comfortable beds.  Sleeping here was a joy. Fine kitchen with fridge/freezer and a large gas oven (remember to ask for gas upon arrival if planning to use the oven). Two flat screen TVs with several channels. Good WiFi. 

Lovely courtyard with clean swimming pool. 

I think the hotel offers good value. Plaza Marbella Granada feels like a rather expensive place, but it is really moderately priced.  

Tasty, filling breakfast (Nicaraguan style). Good location, everything easily within walking distance.  Usually a quiet part of town, and a safe area, at least that’s what I felt. 

Cons: Poorly lit kitchen. Absence of a desk for work – so I used the big living room table. Also I didn’t like the security camera pretty close to my balcony, but this probably only applies to one of the apartments. 

To sum up. Plaza Marbella Granada is a gem that is worth staying at. The apartments, the service and the place are perfect for everyone - both business travelers as well as holidaymakers with and without children.

We stayed here during our visiting of Granada and we were happy we picked so well. 

Pro's 
~ big, spacious rooms with all you need equipped kitchen 
~ big, spacious bathrooms (yeah that for me is something) with all you do not need too many towels 
~ clean surroundings, courtyard and pool 
~ helpful staff
~ decent prices for food and cocktail 
~ good, healthy breakfast 
~ only a few minutes walk from the center's main attraction but still on a quiet street

What I did appreciate is the fact that we wanted to check out at the designated time but the owner which we found in the courtyard told us not to hurry anywhere as they are not fully booked so we could checkout whenever we wanted. So that for me is a plus in hospitality. 

Con's 
~ too many ghekos everywhere but this is just me nitpicking as they are the same like flies you cannot get read of them so easy 

If ever back in Granada would definitely book this place again as it offered us more than we were expecting to get.

Spacious, fully equipped and quiet apartments

I've stayed at the Paraíso twice now and will definitely be coming back. The staff are super friendly, patient with my bad Spanish and help me out in English when I need it. The beds and rooms are comfortable and the pool and lounge area is lovely, with plenty of places in sun and shade to get a bit of work done or kick back and enjoy a book. Overall if you're looking for a worry free experience in a city that can often leave you worrying, this is the place to go.

Beautiful, friendly and affordable

Very clean spacious suites, incredible customer service! Beautiful hotel. We came during the protesting and riots and felt safe. No issues at all. Love it here. Highly recommend this hotel and Granada

Awesome hotel and staff

This place is my favorite gateway into the city of granada. perfect location. luxurious. confortable. Everytime i go to Granada I stay there. Kinda feels like home but better. The kitchens in the rooms are better than mine :)

paradise in Granada

The hotel is located on a quiet street, four blocks away from the Cathedral, central park, restaurants, and stores.  Breakfast included in the rate is very good.  It is served every day from 7 to 9 am, in the cafeteria next to the pool, and includes diced fresh fruit, natural juice, coffee, rice, and beans, sometimes bacon or toast, and scrambled eggs.  All the hotel staff is very friendly and always looking to help.  Very reliable wifi service throughout the hotel.  We stayed in a standard room, which has a nice size, one king bed and one full bed, cable TV, split A/C, and closet.  The bathroom includes basic toiletries, small hair dryer, and towels.  No refrigerator, safe box or coffee maker.   The whole place is clean and has a very nice manicured gardens.  I give it 4 stars because the standard room does not have a window which makes it kind of dark and cannot get natural air.

Great place to stay while visiting Granada

The courtyard of this hotel is beautiful and the staff are very friendly. It used to be called Paraíso Granada Condominiums and has clearly undergone some changes. There is no sign marking the hotel which could make it difficult to find and they no longer have food or drink in the establishment aside from coffee and fruit in the morning.

The individual base rooms are very small with little to no natural light and do not have safes. The beds are very comfortable and the air conditioners work well. Overall we just had slightly different expectations of the place, though it did fit our needs.

In transition

We stayed in the one bedroom apartment about 2 weeks in total and the breakfast was included, which was suppose to be served at 7am. On our first morning the chef didn’t show up until 7:45 then played on her phone for a while...from then on we had the cleaner cooking and serving us, it was very inconsistent. Some morning pancakes others none... the staff is very very friendly otherwise I would have scored a 2/5. Lots of room for improvement from the ownership and management. The rooms are good and confortable, and barely any kitchenware... A/C is nice.
