Everything was very professional, personal was very helpful and attentive to our needs. Breakfast was very tasty and big enough, also many options to choose (7!). Room was very clean, comfortable and big enough for our family. And decorations of hotel are very beautiful and with good taste. And the biggest plus for me was that the hotel is located very close to the Russian embassy👍 We had lots of fun in the pool which is very clean and big enough. Great location and service!

Perfecto lugar para mi viaje a Nicaragua

We stayed at Timeless Hotel Boutique on our last night in Nicaragua, before leaving from Managua Airport the next day. The hotel is well-maintained, with a great outdoor pool and hot tub. The rooms are nice, albeit fairly basic, with very comfortable beds, hot showers, and a tv. We had every comfort we needed to unwind and recover following 5 rustic nights on the Corn Islands. But what made our stay especially great was the hotel owner, Lindsay. Normally the hotel restaurant is closed on Sunday nights, but after we returned from a failed attempt to eat at a restaurant nearby (they were closed), Lindsay generously offered to make us dinner. Not only did he go out of his way to ensure we were fed, but he also provided some great company as well. Later on we slept soundly, then enjoyed a great breakfast before leaving for the airport. Overall it was a great stay; I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Timeless Hotel Boutique!

A relaxing, comfortable stay with the perfect host!

We stayed for only one night, as we had a flight out of Managua in the early afternoon the next day.

The hotel meets "first world" standards of amenities and service. Our mattress was the most comfortable in all of Nicaragua, our bedding the softest sheets, the comforter the only one with any sense of material or weight. 

The bathroom was huge with a separate water closet, soaking tub and stand up shower. HOT water and plenty of it, which is hard to find in hotels in Nicaragua. Super quiet room, with two flat screen TVs, cable service (we didn't use, I know for some this matters), a nice pool, and available beer, wine and alcohol from the front desk. 

The furniture was all of high quality and in excellent condition. The breakfast was excellent and included, and the mango juice, in particular, was delicious. 

This is not in a tourist area, so I can't say there is anything of around other than small businesses and neighborhoods. The property is walled without a gate, but security seems like a non-issue (Nicaragua is a very safe country). We had a rental car so access wasn't a big issue.

Outstanding Property

This Hotel was exactly what we wanted. It was in a quiet area. Not too far from other places where we could dine. The food there was excellent. My children loved everything. Lidsay and his wife were terrific. We will definitely be coming back. 

Wonderful family place

All the reviews I read before I stayed were positive. My experience was not, communication was a struggle and I speak Spanish so that’s a problem if it’s the same language and they didn’t explain them selves well. Their over priced their customer service is poor. They charge $6 for any guest to swim in their ice box of a pool, hot tub is cold. They charge for towels it’s crazy. They over charged us and I asked to speak to owner and she refused. I will never go back. Don’t waste ur money, u can find better service and a lower price. Worst customer service I have ever received. We were the only guest who stayed a week and I can see why. Never again
