Stayed here in July ‘18. Before you book, consider this is not regular hotel or hostel, it’s a student home - I guess during summertime they found a good way to keep place running profitably - and if you know this and you’re not with high demands, this place suits just fine. Rooms are clean and surroundings were quiet. Breakfast choice was small and could be better - room for improvement. There is parking in a yard and it’s foc. City centre is in a walking distance - 1km, about 10 minutes. Good budget accommodation if you need parking and want to be close to the city centre.

Short stay

I have just spent 4 nights here and overall it was a fairly good experience.Yes it is student accomodation ( not a hostel or hotel ) but it was very clean,the staff were very helpful and friendly and the breakfast had a good variety of freshly prepared food. The main negative is it's really hard to find even the local taxi drivers weren't sure where it was.There is no signage anywhere and it took me two hours to find on arrival so it was an issue.Finally it may not be everyone's choice but for the amount I paid for an ensuite single room and breakfast (£28.50 per night )  it was very good value 😊

Student accommodation not a hotel

No airco. Curtains made for ants. You will wake up as soon as the sun comes up and you will burn crisp to the bone. We even stuffed some sheets between the windows yet we still sweated like two chickens nearing the oven. Dumplings for breakfast. Also the train sound is just perfect to fall asleep to.

Bring your own curtains because theirs are pathetic

I booked this "hotel" via booking.com. When looking at the pictures and reading reviews from that site, you get a totally different view of this place then it really is. We felt like we got scammed, it was so terrible that I started to cry, since we had planned a totally different kind of experience. THIS PLACE IS NOT A HOTEL. It is a school. A music academy that hosts students. Even if this place would call itself a hostel, it would be a bad one. The promotion pictures have images of beautiful landscapes. The hotel´s yard has a collapsed building and rubbel + carbage disposal centre on it, and the pictures we saw are taken from a public park that is 500 metres from this place. Pictures of the rooms have been taken from the only good angles possible, rest of the place looks really bad. There were two seperate old wooden beds with thin cheap matresses, no romantic holidays in here. This place might work for you if you are a backbagger and travelling solo or with a friend on a budget, and you don´t care about your surroundings. But this place is not cheap. That is one of the reasons why we were so dissappointed, we could have gone to a real hotel with our money :( .It is located quite far from the centre, and it is quite hard to find the centrum from there. Taxi drivers had never even heard of this place. The only positive thing I have to say, is that the breakfast was included and it was okay. Do not book this "hotel".
