I highly recommend this hotel! The rooms are excellent! The service is great! The receptionist was very polite and helpful, answered all our questions! And also Bubuja restaurant offers delicious food!

Highly recommended

We had a very pleasant stay in this hotel, it  is located just a 2-3 min walk from Krupowki, 
The place is very clean and stylish, and the spa with a pool is a great addition.

The staff speaks English, was very friendly and helpful.

Great location

 The location of the hotel is excellent - just off Krupowki so very close to the main street and yet very quiet. The staff was very nice and helpful. The hotel is very clean, the pool is fantastic - rather small but designed in a very clever way with lots of bubbles :). Plus there are steam rooms and a salt room. Next time I would request a room on an upper floor - the ground floor flat had no view :(.

Great hotel

Our family had 3 rooms here when we went skiing to Zakopane in February half term. The location just off the hight Street is ideal and the rooms are fantastic. The presidential suite we had was superb. The kitchen area was well equipped and the decor throughout is stunning.
The hotel has a small but cosy bar area and great spa facilities. Special mention for all the reception staff, who are all so friendly and helpful and always go above and beyond. All in all, a great aparthotel.

Brilliant hotel

We had a very comfortable 5 day stay in apartment 209 (Presidential Apartment) as 4 single adults (girls ski trip).  A spacious apartment with lovely big windows and wrap around balcony overlooking the mountains.  Our apartment and the building as a whole was very clean and tidy. 
The staff were friendly and helpful, including when one of our party left her bag in a taxi and a member of the front desk team went above and beyond helping locate the taxi driver and retrieve the bag.
In the kitchen the only thing we really missed was a toaster or grill to make toast, but we survived eating bread!  It might have also been nice to have a welcome pack of basics such as tea, coffee, sugar and milk, but no problem to nip to the shops.
The beds (including sofa bed) were all comfortable enough and whilst it would have been nice to have a second toilet in the second bathroom (it’s more of a dressing room with a bath and sink), we coped.  
The only slight negative for us as adults were the opening times of the pool, as we would have liked to have swum before 1000 (before going skiing) and also the number of kids in the pool playing ball games and diving around underwater was not very relaxing.  It would have been nice to perhaps have adult only times or at least no ball games allowed.  Whilst this slightly put us off using the pool/spa area as much as we might have liked, again we coped!  
Having read previous reviews complaining about the small bar, yes it is small but we only ever saw a couple of people there at one time and being so close to all the bars and restaurants in town, it’s no problem.  
The location of Aparthotel Giewont is perfect, just off the main high street, yet very quiet.  
I would have no hesitation to stay here again.

Great location, friendly staff and comfortable stay

We loved our stay here. The location is great, just steps from Ul. Krupówki and some wonderful restaurants. The hotel was very clean and the staff was very friendly and helpful. However, if you’re a light sleeper, the walls were a little thin and we could here TVs and conversation from nearby rooms. Overall a wonderful stay though. We can see why they are expanding. Can’t wait to return and see the new spaces when completed. Would definitely recommend. 

Loved our stay!

Hi we had our reservations about our stay as some reviews have complained about service & attitude however the hotel arranged a pick up & drop off from krackow AP, checl in was smooth , our apartment was modern spotless 74 m2 ,great shower , kitchen has all you need again very modern open plan layout , two good sized  bedrooms , beds & bedding top notch very comfortable , heating was great,two balconys with lovley views to Giewont mountain & small park we had no issues with noise at all , house keeping every day bob on , the spa is very nice , steam room , sauna , pool with different water jets etc our children aged 11 & 8 loved it , it can get very busy but he it is open from 10 to 10 so you can stagger your visits , really good underground parking on site very important if you do bring a car zackopane not really made for cars .The team on reception were very helpful ,polite,gave us some really good tips , there is a little bar area by reception for a beer wine coffee etc little lounge area not expensive very pleasant , our  apartment was 109 cant recommend it enough a very relaxing & comfortable furnished top end  a big thanks to all at Giewont for a great Holiday see you soon kind Regards William & family 

Great Location! Great Service!Great Hotel!

Positives:
Perfect location, right in the city centre, next to one of the best restaurants in town. Communication with the reception was great, very kind and attentive staff, thankfully they also speak good english! We stayed in apartment 210, which was really lovely! Spacious with beautiful decoration, everything was clean, comfortable bed, huge(!!!) bathtub. Spa area was nice although it was completely full when we went there (during the hungarian national holiday). Free underground parking! Whenever we come back, we will definitely stay in this apartment again!!
We did try the breakfast one morning, it was a good selection of cold meat, cheese, bread etc, but for the same price you can also get some warm breakfast dishes in the nearby restaurants. It is very comfortable though to have your breakfast delivered to your room.

Negatives:
Just one thing, there were no capsules for the coffee machine, and reception couldn't provide it either (café vergnano machine if anyone wants to bring their own capsules)

Very good aparthotel, with great design

My boyfriend stayed here with a couple of friends last year so decided to take me this year as a late birthday/valentines getaway. He emailed the hotel directly and despite being Polish, their English was very good. they were extremely helpful, providing us with every room available and a link to each so we could chose our favourite one. Once we had picked one we made a deposit of half the payment. We had a lovely walk through Zakopane to get to the hotel and once we arrived I was amazed at how lovely the place looked. We went in and checked in and ordered breakfast for the next 2 mornings and were given our key and directions to our room along with all the information we needed about the hotel. We arrived at our room and it was stunning. The whole hotel is very new. We had a lovely little balcony, full kitchen with dishwasher and hob. our bedroom was stunning with a very comfy bed. The bathroom was massive, with a huge walk in shower. Everywhere was very clean and tidy. The whole apartment had 2 Tv's, and although they were in Polish, an engineer came and changed this for us which was very helpful. the hotel is a short walk from a strip of shops, restaurants and bars. On our second day we visited the spa which was wonderful. Not very busy, very clean with a steam room, sauna, jacuzzi in the swimming pool. We were only there for a couple of days and I had a fantastic time. Will definitely be visiting this hotel again. Thank you for a lovely time!

Amazing hotel

My accomdation was during winter.
The place was great , the apartment(209) was clean and the view was very nice.

Excellent team on the reception they try to help regarding the heating system but they couldn't solve the problem while I'm staying in the apartment I think they have to check everything before arriving to apartment . 

After check in I discovered that heating system was not working they promised to solve the issue but they didnt on the 3rd day they provided a portable electric heater which wasn't enough as the remaining rooms in the apartment was so cold.

During winter season it was difficult to find reservation in another apartment in the same area. Which puts me in a difficult situation where i couldn't cancel my reservation.
