Russian citizens must have an original Russian passport upon arrival. Russian citizens must have an original valid passport of the Russian Federation upon arrival.

For check-in it is necessary to drive to the gates of the base and approach the administration building.
Guests are required to pay a security deposit in cash. The security payment for the guest house Kapitanskaya Dacha is RUB 15000.00, for other guest houses and hotel rooms the security payment is RUB 5000.00. The amount of the security deposit is refundable to the guests upon check-out if there are no violations of the accommodation conditions.
