Location
Eko-Dom Dovoliti Guesthouse is located in Babkino. Nearby are chain stores, the New Jerusalem Monastery, free and paid beaches of the Istra Reservoir. Delivery of dishes from a nearby cafe is available.
At the guest house
The guest house is a triangular holiday home for a family or group of up to six guests.
The house has a Russian bathhouse with wet steam (for an additional fee), the price of which includes robes and hats. A Siberian sauna vat is also available to guests for an additional fee.
Guests are provided with: towels, shampoo, shower gel, soap, sponges, bed linen, bathrobes (if ordering a bathhouse and vat), slippers, hairdryer, dishes. Guests have at their disposal a microwave, refrigerator, stove, kettle, as well as a set of tea, cocoa, coffee, salt, sugar, butter, spices, and board games.
The guest house has 6 sleeping places, including a double bed on the second floor, two double sofas on the first floor, a kitchen with a dining table for 4-6 guests and the necessary utensils, TV, Wi-Fi, air conditioning.
In the courtyard there is a barbecue area, a fire pit, a gazebo, a terrace with sun loungers, and skewers. Coals and ignition are not provided.
Dogs are allowed.

Additional information
Russian citizens must have an original Russian passport upon arrival. After booking, the guest must contact the accommodation for information on check-in. Contact information is provided in the booking confirmation.
Russian sauna is available for an additional fee of RUB 5000.00 for three hours of steaming, extension RUB 1000.00 per hour.
The cost of steaming in a Siberian bathhouse costs 5000.00 RUB for a one-day stay, 6000.00 RUB for a 2-day stay. The soaring time is not limited. The heating of the vat is carried out by the guests themselves; the time for heating the water to 38-40 degrees is 2-2.5 hours. Necessities are provided (guests do the filling with citrus fruits and brooms themselves, for this you will need 2-3 grapefruits and 3-4 brooms, steam in a hot vat 15-20 minutes before steaming).
Dogs allowed. Cost RUB 1000.00 per stay subject to cleanliness rules.
After staying, guests must remove their trash (put it in a container) and wash the dishes.
You cannot make noise or listen to loud music on the premises. For failure to comply with this rule, the administration of the guest house has the right to refuse further accommodation to guests.
