Russian citizens must have an original Russian passport upon arrival. Check-in to the apartment is done remotely.
After booking, guests must contact the booking manager to go through the verification stage.
Guests will receive a message to their phone number from the Flatsharing service on the form for signing the contract, uploading passport data in electronic form, after which detailed instructions for check-in will be received.
Flatsharing is an operator of personal data in accordance with N-152-FZ On personal data. Registration number of FLETSHERING LLC (INN 0277078222) in the register of operators processing personal data: 2-21-008063, order No. 179 dated 11/26/2021.
Late check-out is possible by prior arrangement, each hour of rent after 12:00 PM is paid additionally in the amount of RUB 300.00 per hour.
Early check-in before 12:00 PM and late check-in after 09:30 PM are charged an additional RUB 450.00.
The deposit is returned on the day of departure from 03:00 PM to 05:00 PM by transfer to the card. For bookings of 7 days or more, the deposit is RUB 5000.00.
Cats are not allowed.
Smoking in the apartment and on the balcony is strictly prohibited, the fine is 100% of the deposit.
