The hotel has a cozy area, consists of two 4-storey buildings and its own dining room "Palmira". From the sea side there is a swimming pool with fresh water and a relaxation area where aqua aerobics classes are held. For children, active animation is organized, games, master classes, mini-discos are held in the evenings.

Dining room "Palmira" offers guests meals according to the "Complex menu with elements of a buffet" system.

The infrastructure and service of the hotel offers its guests: a swimming pool of 50 sq.m. with a depth of 1.5 m with fresh water, a relaxation area by the pool with awnings, soft sunbeds; water aerobics; children's animation - games, competitions, sports, master classes, mini-disco; playground; showing films and cartoons on the big screen; coolers; ironing accessories; baby cot subject to availability, baby chairs in the cafe, baby sleeves and vests for the pool; mangal zone; smoking area. For an additional fee, safes are available at the reception, laundry services, kettle rental, transfer order.

A well-maintained sandy beach is located 10 m from the hotel, it is equipped with shade canopies, there are cafes, bars, inflatable slides for children, trampolines, jet skiing, banana boat rides, etc. Sun loungers, beach beds with canopies, individual umbrellas are available for an additional fee. The entrance to the sea is gentle, and the sea is quiet due to its convenient location in the bay.

The hotel has an unguarded parking area for 50 cars.
