Within walking distance to Krasnoselskaya and Bauman Metro station; very convenient to have several supermarkets/coffee shop/restaurant/pharmacy nearby; automatic management for check-in and out; modern design; quiet.
What was bad
1. VERY VERY difficult to communicate with apartment via WhatsApp, especially regarding deposit payment issue. We are tourists and did not have local bank card and also could not pay deposit via VISA card. The management team did not

Апартаменты действительно классные и атмосферные. В чудесной локации. До станции метро 5 минут.
Вокруг рестораны и супермаркеты. Красивый и тихий двор.
О том, что мы берём страховой депозит и единоразовый сбор за уборку написано на всех площадках бронирования, а так же в ваучере.
Все наши иностранные гости, зная, что у них нет российских карт, связываются с нами заранее и предупреждают об этом. В этом случае мы просим горничную дождаться заезда и принять у гостя наличные.
К сожалению, о том, что у Вас могут возникнут проблемы с внесением страхового депозита, вы умолчали. И так как у нас удалённое заселение, о чем тоже написано на всех площадках бронирования, Вас никто не встретил.
Пожалуйста, в дальнейшем при бронировании апартаментов с удалённым заселением предупреждайте менеджеров заранее. И тогда у Вас не возникнет таких проблем.

The apartment is really cool and atmospheric in a wonderful location. 5 minutes by food to the metro station.
There are a lot of restaurants and supermarkets around. Beautiful and quiet courtyard.
The fact that we charge a security deposit and a one-time cleaning fee is written on all booking platform, as well as in the voucher.
All our foreign guests, knowing that they do not have Russian cards, contact us in advance and warn us about it. And we ask the cleaning lady to wait for our guests in the apatment, help them to check-in and accept cash.
Unfortunately you didnt let us know that you may have problems making the security deposit. And since we have distance check-in (written on all booking platforms) no one met you.
Please, in the future, when booking apartments with distance check-in, notify the managers in advance. And then you will not have any problems.
