Remote check-in is provided. Guests are required to contact the property in advance using the phone number provided in the booking confirmation. The check-in instructions are sent to the guest's phone via the booking bot in the Telegram messenger within 30 minutes after payment of the deposit.

The deposit is paid with a card of banks operating in the territory of the Russian Federation before check-in, returned within 48 hours after payment for all services and cleaning of the apartment, subject to compliance with the rules of accommodation according to the details from which the payment was made. In rare cases, the deposit can be refunded up to 12 business days. For violation of payment of the deposit, the landlord may impose a fine in the amount of RUB 1000.00 and refuse to check in.

A fine in the amount of a deposit is charged for smoking in any form of any substances, holding parties and noisy events, staying in the room of people over the stated time at night, staying with animals, if this was not indicated in the booking, delayed check-out for more than 20 minutes, if late check-out was not paid, loss of keys.

All prices are indicated when paying before the time of departure by voucher, when paying after the cost increases by 2 times.

The cleaning fee must be paid before 06:00 AM the next day after the standard check-in time. In case of late payment, the cost of cleaning is RUB 2600.00.

The time to pay for services after invoicing is 48 hours, then the deposit can be withheld in full.
