Linen: when booking for two guests, one set of linen is included, made on a double bed: 4 towels, a double sheet, a double blanket, 2 pillows with pillowcases. Using an additional set of linen — RUB 600.00 for each day of the reservation, even if one additional unit of linen was used.

The cleaning fee is paid before check-in by transfer to the card.

Remote check-in is provided. Guests must contact the accommodation in advance by phone number specified in the booking confirmation. Check-in instructions are sent to the guest's phone via the booking bot in the Telegram messenger.

When booking, guests agree to the rules specified in the rates, the text of the advertisement, and also conclude a lease or rental agreement with the owner of the premises, an individual.

The deposit is paid by card of banks operating in the territory of the Russian Federation before check-in, is returned within 16 calendar days after payment for all services and cleaning of the apartment, subject to compliance with the rules of residence, according to the details from which the payment was made.

A fine in the amount of the deposit is charged for smoking in any form of any substances, holding parties and noisy events, staying in the room of people more than stated at night, staying with animals, if this was not specified in the booking, delay in check-out for more than 20 minutes, if late check-out was not paid for, loss of keys, violation of the terms of the lease agreement between the owner and an individual, failure to pay for services that the guest used, taxes and fees specified in the advertisement.

All prices for services except the cost of booking are indicated with a 75% discount when paying before check-out time using a voucher, when paying after check-out the cost is without discounts.

Guests book apartments in an apartment building, in connection with which there may be some inconveniences, such as temporary disconnection of water supply, electricity, Internet, repair work in neighboring apartments, in common areas, adjacent territory, dust which the owner cannot influence and this cannot be the basis for discounts, compensation, cancellation of the reservation.
