Bedding: For bookings made for two guests, one set of bed linen is included, made up on a double bed (4 towels, double sheet, double duvet, 2 pillows with pillowcases). Use of an additional set of linen — RUB 600.00 for each day of booking, even if only one additional item was used.

The cleaning fee is payable before check-in via bank transfer.

Remote check-in is available. Guests must contact the accommodation in advance using the phone number provided in the booking confirmation. Check-in instructions are sent to the guest’s phone via the booking bot in the Telegram messenger.

By booking, guests agree to the rules outlined in the rates, the listing text, and also enter into a rental or lease agreement with the property owner — an individual.

The deposit is paid with a bank card that operates within the Russian Federation before check-in and is returned within 16 calendar days after payment for all services and apartment cleaning, provided that the accommodation rules are observed, and to the details from which the payment was made.

A penalty equal to the deposit is charged for smoking any substances, holding parties and noisy events, having more people in the room than declared during nighttime, being with pets if not indicated in the booking, delayed check-out by more than 20 minutes if late check-out was not paid for, loss of keys, violation of terms of the rental agreement, and non-payment of services used, taxes, and fees specified in the listing.

All service prices, except for the booking cost, are indicated subject to payment before the check-out time on the voucher; if paid after check-out, the cost may increase.
