Russian citizens must have an original Russian passport upon arrival.

If guests are planning a late check-in, it is necessary to notify the hotel of the expected arrival time, as in case of late arrival, the confirmed and paid reservation may be canceled. Contact details can be found in the booking confirmation.

The entrance to the hotel is located from the side of the building.

Provision of extra beds in rooms:

- Extra beds are not available in Economy Class and Standard rooms;

- In the Comfort Double Room with a double bed, only a cot is provided at the cost of 350.00 RUB per day;

- In the Family room - a folding double sofa for 700.00 RUB per day or a single folding chair for 500.00 RUB per day;

- In the Prestige Double room with a double bed there is a folding double sofa for 700.00 RUB per day or 2 folding single chairs for 500.00 RUB per day.

According to the Government Decree No. 1853 of 11/18/2020 (clause 18), Minors under the age of 14 are required to check in the hotel with the documents of their parents (adoptive parents, guardians). If the accompanying persons are not legal guardians, they are required to provide the notarized consent form of the legal guardians (one of them) and the birth certificate of the minors. Minors aged 14 or above, in the absence of legal representatives next to them, are required to check in the hotel with his/her identity document and a notarized consent form from the legal guardian (one of them).
