Kitchen with access to a summer veranda on the water with the possibility of diving into the lake directly from the steam room. In winter there is an ice-hole. The veranda of the bath house can accommodate up to 25 people for all kinds of events and celebrations. Bathhouse steam room can accommodate up to 8 people. Its own barbecue area, a separate barbecue zone. On the territory is also a banquet hall 450 sq.m. with a capacity of 250 people with a summer veranda, two arbours: on the water and on the ground. The hall can be divided into two: for 50 people and for 150 people. There are a lot of services for breakfast, complex catering and variants of banquet proposals on a turnkey basis.

The possibility of overnight stay in the house up to 12 people. On the first floor three bedrooms overlooking the lake. Bathrooms on two floors. The house has everything you need: crockery, WiFi, TV, hairdryer, air conditioning in each room, microwave, refrigerators on each floor, bed linen, towels.
