This hotel, which sheltered from lightning, sneaked into our room and took pictures of our state before we checked out. First of all, I want to give this hotel a bad review. We four girls stayed in two rooms. I booked two triple rooms, but it gave me a triple room and a double room. I didn't ask him to refund the difference. We checked in as usual. The store did not check what was wrong with the internal facilities. My friend told me that there are two footprints on the bathtub. Obviously, someone stepped on it with shoes, and it was chronic. It was very likely that the maintenance personnel stepped on the edge of the bathtub. Who would take a shower on the edge now? Secondly, I said that I damaged his towel. What we put in the place was the foot towel marked on the ground. I used the disposable bath towel I brought all the way. I didn't use it at all, and we didn't make this blue stain. Third, the picture he took inside the room was taken the day before we checked out. Without our consent, when we were out, he violated our privacy and entered our room at will. Did we lose something? Can we ask the hotel for compensation? After we came back in the afternoon, they didn't come to us to communicate about the damaged objects in the hotel. I also sent them an email that night saying that we needed to leave the hotel to go to the airport the next morning, but we didn't get a reply. The next morning, we knocked on the door of the staff. There was a sound inside, but they didn't open the door for us. Didn't you want to refund the deposit to us? We threw away all the garbage before we left. It's impossible that we have to help him clean up before we can check out!!!

    There was alot of things that supposed to be in the hotel ( as mentioned in the app when i booked the room) but it was not. 1- No reception at all, as a foreign tourist I need a reception! 2- No elevator! I suffered with my baby going up and down on the stairs. 3- no air conditioning! 4- no service! No one ever came to clean the room! 5- the hotel took from me 3000 rubles as an insurance and then I had to contact the app

    Room for 3 Person is so tight.

    There was a fault in the bathroom that was

    causing water to leak into the rooms.

    The rooms are on the third floor and there is no elevator. There are four doors to access the rooms and in each door you have to write a special code
