Russian citizens must have an original Russian passport upon arrival. The number of parking spaces is strictly limited. Parking is only available by prior request, subject to availability for the requested period.

Perfectly located in a typical Saint Petersburg yard, so very calm and quiet location. In a first floor of an apartment building.
Comfortable bed, TV, desk with chair and bathroom with shower - what else do you need? The only problem were thin walls, so in case you`d have very talkative and noisy neighbors - you would hear them. I was quite lucky as it didn`t bother me much.
Very good room keeping on a daily basis.
