The apartment is located in a pine forest, in the private sector and are suitable for family holidays. The yard has an area of 25 acres fenced. The house consists of two bedrooms, a bathroom, a built-in kitchen and a gazebo. There are 6 sleeping places available.

There is a gas stove for cooking, refrigerators and dishes. The house receives artesian water, usable without boiling. There is satellite TV, Wi-Fi access, as well as a washing machine, iron, ironing board, hair dryer.

Next to the house there is an individual barbecue, smokehouse, cauldron, skewers, grill grate. Cars can be parked in the yard.

For outdoor enthusiasts, fishing on the lake is available both in summer and winter, excursions are available, as well as skiing and tubing. There is a variety of berries and mushrooms in the forest. Fishing with a motorboat ride can be arranged for guests.
