Russian citizens must have an original Russian passport upon arrival. The apartment is not rented for celebrations and any other holidays, as well as loud music and other noise, especially after 10:00 PM.
Smoking is also prohibited in the apartment, including electronic cigarettes, hookahs, and there are smoke detectors.
Living with animals.
The deposit is returned on the day of departure to the guest's bank card after cleaning and a full check of the condition of the apartment.
In case of violation of the rules of residence (pets, parties, smoking), the deposit is not returned.
