Russian citizens must have an original Russian passport upon arrival. For children under 14, it is mandatory to provide the original birth certificate. Minor guests can check into the hotel only with legal representatives or a power of attorney from them for the accompanying person.

Old elevators but not a deal breaker. Spa was quite small and underground, not very pleasant but ok.

Behavior of reception staff. I think owner of this hotel has to appoint very polite staff. If you visit restaurant or bar of this hotel then you will realize that staff is polite .
