The apartment was very clean and tidy. I stay at this building every time I'm in ekaterinburg.
Location is very convenient for my needs and there's a lot of shops, gyms and other amenities around, so I will stay there again.

What was bad
The 2 things that should be improved are:
Bed. The mattress is old and needs replacing
Iron: the ironing unit leaks and needs replacing. I couldn't press my shirts because of so much leaks and it stained my shirt
