But it was the only minus but we decide to look about it as a bit of fun but the Owner most be careful if this continue because people want clean Rooms and replacement back each day
Maybe since we was there two weeks we Could see the cleaning routines Hehehe not Nice

Two wonderful weeks

Arrived late after long train journey and made welcome. Hotel is right near the centre of town but down a pedestrianised road so no traffic noise at all.Very well appointed (the electric points hidden in a push down pop up tower thing could have a electric bolt sign on to make in more obvious what it was) though not huge.
Staff very helpful. Great buffet breakfast.

Great Stay

Perfect!
Our room was lovely and quiet:  it looked out over the courtyard.  Everyone at the front desk was wonderful!
Lucia, especially, was incredibly helpful and reserved a couple of nights for us at terrific, boutique, hotels later on in our vacation (one lakeside, one mountainside:  excellent views and both so special).
The continental breakfast offered a plethora of choices: we ate so well!
We Loved Kosice:  the Cathedral and the Eastern Slovak Museum were especially impressive and important to us.
Slavia Restaurant:  as 'foodies' we loved it!  Their Duck was perfect and my dessert was the best that I've ever had:  passion fruit reduction covered with strawberry mousse covered with a gentle marshmallow meringue.  An intense compliment of Strawberry sorbet with lovely dollops of?  complimenting the plate.
We returned the second eve but, alas, they were closed for a wedding.
Btw, we owned a small, boutique, bed and breakfast for many years and know the importance of customer service, cleanliness and good/ excellent food.
All were provided at this hotel.
If we good give more than five ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️We would.
And, great value, too.

Absolutely Delightful!

Off the beaten path on an alley. We arrived late evening after a bus ride from Krakow. A ten minute walk from the bus/train station and we were met by a pleasant staff person. Nice place close to all the sights of Kosice. Minutes to the cathedral and dozens of great restaurants. 

Great location and value

We thoroughly enjoyed a 2 night stay at Hotel Chrysso.  Kosice is lovely and lively.  It deserves to be on any traveler's Slovakia itinerary. Staying at Hotel Chrysso puts you in the heart of the historic district.  The building is historic and has been very stylishly restored.  It's a cool place.  Our suite was very large, tastefully decorated and clean.  The daily buffet in the elegant breakfast room here is a real bonus.  I do have a couple of caveats to add.  Since there is no lift, accessibility is an issue.  We had a bit of a struggle just lugging our bags upstairs.  Also, parking in the historic district is a bit of a challenge that left us temporarily flustered.  Overall, though, we would highly recommend the very chic Hotel Chrysso.

Stylish and convenient

Nice boutique hotel down a pedestrian street which is great for there not being any noisy traffic but not so great if you have large bags. We did enjoy our stay at the hotel and even extended our stay by 1 extra day. 
The reception staff were all extremely friendly and helpful, I only have 2 slightly negative comments, in my opinion the rates were quite pricey (around EUR 100) for a quite small room and thin walls so you really can hear everything happening in the next room and considering the expensive rates the breakfast should have been much better, for the 3 days that I was there the hot food tray wasn't working so everything was stone cold so not too nice first thing in the morning.
But, after saying all that I would definitely give them another chance if I ever return to Kosice.

Cool boutique hotel by Kosice Old Town

I was many times in this hotel and I was very satisfied until then. My last trip was not good. The quality of breakfast was degraded dramatically. One morning we got the bread from previous day. The orange juice was awful. There was no salt because almost all salt cellars was empty. They were never refilled until I was there. I was there for 5 days. I was not able to pay with my Amex card, earlier it was never a problem. It seems to me they changed the Personals, maybe that is the reason of this change. I am very disappointed.

Good location but the quality was changed

We spent one night here with our 6 yrs old child. Arrived late night, and stayed until check out time (10am). We have jost got in from the street and was obvious out purpose: need a room for sleep, 1 night, nothing more. We asked the price (the recepcionist insisted on the biggest appartment, because we were 4, and 
the regulations, etc). We were not mesmerized (the kid anyway sleeps with us at home as well) but if this is the regulation, we just have to accept or go away.
So we accepted and got the suite, from outside seemed to be a nice hotel. The suite was ok for the design but horrible for the noises. The neighbour was not too noisy (laughing, cheating, but i mean just having good time), but the acoustics was so week we could hear everything word by word :(
After the receptionist just came to the room to tell, that we need to pay extra as well because of the child. I mean.. wtf? I mean.. we have asked the price before, she has told one price and even told the price is because we were three and after comes and sais oh you need to pay extra as well beacuse you are 3. ?!?!
And it is not about the extra 20 euros, it s the manner. In a shop as well.. if the seller asks less money for sth, she will not come after to your home for asking the rest as well. If she was unclear about the price it is the sellers problem.
Now i am waiting for the breakfast and i am curious of their further "kindness"

They just want their money, no hospitality

staff was very friendly but they advised air conditioning was not working and there was nothing they could do
the problem has apparently persisted for a long time.
