There was a huge improvement from last year. We got our rooms on the top floor and they were totally different than down. New and big bathroom, clean and comfortable double room for 1 person. Breakfast is on a’la carte method there is no buffet table anymore which was a disaster last year. Reception staff and the waiter in the breakfast room were polite and helpful. My only complaint is the Hungarian speaker elderly cleaner who has absolutely no idea what the guest means in a hotel. She handled me as a boss to the employee or so. I would suggest educating her about a hotel staff’ behaviour.

Huge improvement from last year

PROs:
- Excellent Location between downtwon and main road
- Good beds and clean bathroom
- Towels, soaps etc as expected in 4 star hotel
- helpfull receptionist who helped us order food as there is no restaurant for dinner on spot
- Stylish interior in Sisi style

CONs
- Rooms could be bigger but you see that in description
- Windows were way too high, i could have reached it only coz i am tall
- air co was dropping
- tea service was missing tea in our room
- BFast preparation time, as it os a la carte, was a bit too long

The hotel for its price is a good choice if one decides to stay over, you will not get dissapointed, it is a pretty hotel, however small minor issues can occur

Relaxing and cosy for a short stay

- price for the room well expensive definitely not value for money
- located at a busy road
- car park only for a couple of cars
- breakfast was shocking, no tea, not enough choice
- wellness closed at 8pm, so if you a late arrive you can not use it
- bathroom too small and need more care
+ a boilling kettle with tea and coffee in the room

When this hotel opened some year ago, it was a nice standard hotel. Now it's not a good standard. Dark rooms, showers not working and the breakfast is not good at all. Staff very friendly and helpful.

Has been better

Last year it was a nice city hotel but it has been totally declined since then. Room was dirty and I hardly found a clean plate or cutlery at the breakfast. The breakfast was a nightmare. Some cucumbers and tomato and a few sausage and scrambled eggs. The young waiter however was friendly but unfortunately had body odour. Very disgusting. The bathroom was smelling and the shower full of scales. Kettle was dirty and out of order. In my room there was no coffee or tea bags but in our other room there were. I had to remind the receptionist for my special request. She said first time she did not understand what I wanted (!!). In the room out of the 6 bulbs only one worked. No notebook no pencil. We went to the lobby bar for a coffee there were two waiters there one was sleeping on the table (he didn’t wake up during our visit) the other was busy with her mobile. We had to go her and ask the coffee she didn’t come to us while we were the only guests there. Frankly speaking I have never seen such a low quality hotel like this one. I strongly recommend avoiding it.
