[Guide to room entry for minors]
Please note that in accordance with the Youth Protection Act, guests staying without a guardian may not be able to enter the room.
Minors (under 19 years of age) can stay only with parental consent or when accompanied. (Single accommodation is not allowed)

[Sonopelice Village Vivaldi Park] The infinity swimming pool will be closed every Thursday in October for cleaning.
The infinity swimming pool will be closed every Wednesday or Thursday in November and December for cleaning.

Sono reservation department operated 9am to 5pm, Please contact them via mobile within time, or should contact them via email. Check-in is available 24 hours with front desk staff.
If guest request to free cancel due to no front desk staff, guest need to provide hotel photo (proof no front-desk staff) with guest ID card or passport.
Unless hotel will not allow free cancel and claim no-show charge
