ㅁ The accommodation is not responsible for any problems that may arise due to you not providing your contact information or providing it incorrectly.
ㅁ If you check in after 6:00 PM (Korean time) on the day of check-in, you must contact the accommodation directly in advance to discuss the check-in time and method.

ㅁ On the day of your stay, depending on the weather or the situation of the accommodation, additional services, facilities, and other options may be restricted, and no refunds will be made for accommodation costs due to this.
ㅁ All children and infants are considered the same number of adults regardless of age, and if the maximum number of guests per room is exceeded, you may be asked to pay an additional fee or be denied entry, even if your reservation has been completed on Agoda.
ㅁ Check-in may be denied depending on the number of guests, age, gender, pets, and other accommodation or room policies, so please be sure to check with the accommodation in advance.
ㅁ Special requests may vary depending on the accommodation and situation.
ㅁ The accommodation is a non-smoking area. Guests are responsible for costs, damages, and liabilities due to smoking.
ㅁ Room reservation status may not be 100% consistent due to the nature of real-time reservations. In some cases, duplicate reservations may occur, in which case the reservation that was paid first will be given priority.
ㅁ Depending on the reservation situation after purchase, reservations may not be possible or may be cancelled. After purchase, please be sure to confirm the reservation with the accommodation. If you cancel due to this reason, a 100% refund is possible even on the day of reservation, but no other compensation is possible, so please be sure to confirm the reservation.
