It was a bit difficult to find the location but we manage to find it. The place is clean and the staff are very accommodating. They even help me to extend my stay and gave me a discounted price which is lower than any booking sites. I stayed on the 2nd floor which feels very homey. They also provide all the toiletries like shampoo, conditioner, body wash, towels, toothpaste and even facial wash. They also have hair dryer and hair straighteners which is a plus for me. They also serve a good breakfast and you can’t cook eggs if you like. There’s a lot of restaurants and convenience store nearby so worry not. They also let you leave your luggage there if you have an evening flight and help you get a cab for your next destination. 

The only downside is there’s no lift so prepare to carry your luggage through the stairs and no enough mirrors. Though the place is a bit small I had a pleasant stay there and will definitely book it again when I go back to South Korea.

It was a pleasant stay

Sublime little guesthouse right to the south of Itaewon. Perfectly clean, very comfortable, convenient entry and exit, helpful staff. Luggage storage on site. Close enough that you can walk to all the action in the itaewon area, but far enough away that you can enjoy some peace and quiet. And all at a great price! I will definitely be returning.

Wonderful hostel!

We only stayed 2 nights but the host was soooooo welcoming and nice! Rooms and beds were clean, and well isolated (we slept in a bedroom with 6 beds, but didn’t felt like many persons were also sleeping also the bedroom is pretty narrow).

For the price it really was worth it! We had at disposal a big fridge, washing machine, dryer, hair straightener and dryer, detergent, computer, bathroom, face cleanser, etc

Awesome experience !

Located in a quiet alley in Itaewon, a few minutes walk away from the station and near to drinking places. Beds are comfortable, bathroom are clean. Will visit again when I'm back in Seoul. Free breakfast and korean cooking classes every Wednesday! 

Cozy, clean and friendly staff

The guest house was perfect if you want to meet other travelers. It has common place for dining, the rooms are clean, the bathroom was well keep. The floor has heating, so you won't feel cold. Breakfast was included. The staff was nice and helpful, the location is near to the subway. 

Love place

The guest house is situated in a quiet alley at the loud Itaewon area. It was a bit of a struggle on the way to the guest from the subway station as the road is downhill. If you're carrying a lot of bags, I do not recommend going to this guest house or when you are a big sized guy like me. The best thing about this place is the convenience it provides to the guest who would want to party late at night. It is a way from the noise, yet not pretty far.

Just right

It's your typical guesthouse located in one of the most lively places in Seoul. Although the place itself isn't really easy to walk to and from (some hilly going up and down route), the upside is that it is in a quiet alley, so getting some sleep after a long day of going around will not be a problem. It's near the Itaewon Seoul Metro Line and a couple of bus stops, so it's pretty easy to go around using public transportation.

Now, as for the place itself. Like I said, it's a typical guesthouse, so be prepared to share the common areas a lot with other travelers and patrons. Queuing up to use the bathroom can be a chore, especially if the guesthouse is fully booked (like I experienced), so timing your showers has to be a little strategic. I was a bit miffed one night when some of the other guests were still noisy beyond 12 midnight that I had to call their attention to shut them up, but that was only one time.

I was able to book the two-bed room (because of my needs - I got it solo), and the space itself is quite adequate (especially if you think small). That's the key here probably - think small. And think practical. If you're going to be outside for like 80% of the day and you only need a place to crash and freshen up, then I do recommend the guesthouse. As others have said, the beds are comfortable, the bathroom is good (adequate showering needs) and well-maintained. They do provide laundry services as well, so that's a good thing.

Funny thing though. I ended up in a room in the second floor (which I was told it's reserved for female guests). No biggie though. Little awkward at first, but it's all well and good afterwards.

They also serve breakfast - toast (with your choice of butter, orange marmalade, strawberry jam, and Nutella (yay!)), cereals (cornflakes and chocolate), eggs (you can cook your own), and a choice of juice, tea, or coffee. It's a decent selection to load up before you hit the day. Oh, and they also provide a refrigerator for your food storage needs in case you need it. 

The best part here is the service, especially Cienna/Fiona (the one running the place). She's the kindest, most thoughtful, warmest person. I can't say anything else about her except for the fact that she's really nice. She even gave us some ice popsicles! And a KPop album! Yay! The others I've encountered, like Alan, Theresa, and Narae are as equally hard working as well. Props to them.

Overall, yes, you get what you pay for. And again, if you're just looking for a place to crash and refresh and you're seeing yourself spending almost the entire day outside, it's well worth it.
