Booked hotel for one night after a flight cancellation and needed accommodation. The guy in reception was very helpful and assisted us with booking for one night with no problems. He assisted us with our transfers, stored our luggage on last day, and allowed us stay in our room till midday.

Excellent customer service.

The service was really responsive, I had no problems with the staff, you get what you pay for plus a little extra like the bathroom air conditioning.
Excellent location literally a stones throw from the beach i recommend if your tight for money!

Excellent service

Called in today to their restaurant had a excellent meal from their daytime set menu 9.95 euros great value for 4 course meal choice of glass of wine can of beer lots of bread . Very freindly staff . Highly recommend this place great location.

Benidorm. Mar hostel

Clean rooms and quiet, near the beach alot of things to do. would recomend this to my friennds and family. great to charge the batteries, also the food is fantastic
i recomend the paella always someone with, no one bothered

Great times

Visited here for 4 nights very basic small rooms, bath room very tiny. no door on bath room  just a curtain. Cleaner came in every day with fresh clean towels... The location makes up for the room, few mins walk from sea front and all the bars... also nicely situated for the old town amenities as well. Family who run the hostel were all very friendly and helpful... would visit here again but only for a short stay. 

Nice and friendly 

Situated on the front at the old town end of levante beach. This b and b is clean and tidy. Rooms a bit small but changed every day, and I had some noise as I was on the first floor. It's not the Ritz but if you just want somewhere to crash for a few days it's perfect. Any budding musicians out there can jam with the young French owner who'll let you play one of his guitars, which are set up in the lobby bar. Clean, small, cheap, and friendly.Perfect.

Cheap n'cheery

A weekend away with the boys drinking this place is perfect, I get moaned at from the lads because it’s to far out but I stay here on my own for a bit of peace  and quiet, get up have a swim in the sea, back for a drink at the bar, great staff and spotlessly clean,yes a bit rough round the edges but shhhs I don’t want everyone to know this little hidden gem, old town on your doorstep, Levante bars a 15 minute walk

Hidden Gem in the Heart of Benidorm

The staff re friendly but at times there was a language barrier. The room i was in was cold at night and poorly lit. The property has little changed since 1940. The biggest downer for me was a very limited breakfast. A cup of coffee , glass orange juice and a small croissant. I had a bit of a fall out with the guy running things the first morning when trying to explain that was no breakfast. I went to the local tourist information office to complain and they wrote a letter to the manager in spanish .I took it back to the hostal . the guy read it , screwed it up and then throwed it in the bin. On the plus side the hostel was well located to the sea front and a clean and wide beach. . There was .wi fi  but i could not pick up the signal on my I phone. The place is well situated for old town and sea front bars . The Guiness bar does a good lunch with a beer for 5 euros till 4 pm. This end of town is predominantly Spanish . There was great entertainment in the American bar . Wed  and Fri nights a fantastic band . If you go down to the other end ,where the british hang out . It was a good night in th White horse pub . Happy hour 730 to 930 pm . Two beers for 2.40 euros and good entertainment. If you are interested in walking or running there are some lovely areas that wind there way up to the mountains. If you follow the road opposite white horse you can walk up to the large cross on the hill top . Fantastic views and well worth the hard climb . It is called  cardiac hill.so be careful. If you follow the road at the back of Mc donalds this will take you to another lovely area that is not as harduous .Ther are Chinese restaurants that do great meal deals 3 courses and a drink  for 5 euros .  Dont have any preconcieved ideas about Benidorm . It is a lovely place .It is a place that feels safe and is well patrolled by police.  Enjoy!!!!!!!!!

Old town Benidorm

Room if it could be called one, cupboard is a better discription...sheets stained with make up and blood also the towels. Bathroom ..mouldy shower curtain, no enamel on bath and toilet never seen any cleaning products. Curtain not big enough to cover window. Never stopped long enough to find anymore problems.
