Great location, on the beach, beautiful view, easy walk into town. Lovely helpful staff. Amazing terrace and Bali Bed! Comfy bed and pillows, and kitchen has everything you need. Will definitely return, thank you!

Lovely spacious apartment 

Wonderful quiet modern, clean apartments with lots of space. Not busy, good breakfast bar and restaurant! Friendly staff.

Only 50 meters from the beach and a great pool. Lots to do in and around Cala d’Or.

Definitely advise if you are looking for a spot that feels private and luxury.

All the staff are very warm and concerned about the well-being of the guests.
Access to very beautiful calas and hotel location near markets and restaurants.
Clean, airy and spacious rooms like all the necessary utensils for those staying at Aparthotel. Experience to repeat. Nothing to point out negative.

Sympathise of all hotel employees

We had a lovely large clean apartment. The only thing was storage for clothes, there was a wardrobe with a shelf across the top which was OK if you're over 5'10", 1 small drawer in the wardrobe and a small drawer either side of the bed. It just needs a chest of drawers. Having said that we would use this hotel again. The staff are all very friendly and helpful. It's in a great location for the beach and easy walking distance to other beaches, shops and restaurants in Cala Ferrera and Cala d'Or, of which there are many. Unfortunately if you struggle with steps I would say this hotel is not for you.

Great location and Staff

We visited Azul Playa for one week in July 2015 and were 100 % satisfied both with the apartment, the location and the service! Nice, clean apartments (we were lucky to have a huge balcony), great pool and a nice beach just a few minutes walk from the hotel. The stairs were not a problem for us.

Extra credit for the friendly and service-minded staff especially Isabel in the reception desk for great service and help with printing a ticket. 

Would absolutely stay here again if or when I return to Mallorca!

Great hotel!

We really enjoyed our stay at the hotel. Everyone was really friendly.
The location is perfect , 1 min from the beach and you have supermarkets , restaurants close by.
The only  thing that we didn't feel comfortable enough was the bed. It was too harsh for us. 
In general, we enjoyed our vacations.

Had a wonderful stay at the hotel for a week. Clean and nice. Rooms had good size, and upgrading to a porch is recommended. There was JUST enough beds by the pool for everyone. Bar keeper could be a bit more polite. I will for sure return to this hotel!
BUT, this is not a hotel if you are looking for a good night sleep and early evenings! Noise from the next door hotell AC was ongoing all day, beds are rock hard, expect to turn several times during night time. Karaoke bar on the other side of the street has show every night until midnight, expect no sleep before then;) This would be perfect if it wasn't for the neighbour!

Wonderful hotel - if you don't need to sleep;)

We stayed there last week in april 2014 and are satisfied with our time there. All the staff were nice and helpful and even though the reception might close, there is people to be found that can help you if something occurs. Everything was kept very tidy and that includes the poolarea. The room needed some care, but it´s the beginning of the season and maintenance was going on.  Nice bathroom with a spacious shower. Big furniture and a lot of corners mean blue legs and toes but you get a wide bed and a wide sofa and you get used to move in a slower pace, I mean you´re on holiday! They have a spa and you can get different treatments there for a fee. Close to restaurants and to the bus. There was a kind of sportbar across the street, but they stopped playing at a reasonable time so you could get a good nights sleep.

Recommend Azul Playa

We arrived quite late, due to the address on my gps, it is rather hard to find when your gps shows the correct address but hotel wasnt located there, had to ask some locals.

Lucklily we found the hotel, friendly check in, however this place doesnt have any parking spaces, so had to drive up the street to find a parking space.

We got room # 2102 nice room with a db bed and extra sofa bed for our soon.
full functional kithchenette with hardware, microwave, and fridge, now once we was getting settle in, i`d realize that the floor was literally moving ( full of ants ) unfortunately the front office was then closed, had to use our slippers to kill them all on the floor.

Didnt expect such experience at hotel like this. The next morning talk to the reception they told us it was quite normal here, so from our balcony there was even a huge ant nesting ground where the wall was cracked, and i have a recording from the balcony where ants was coming out from the cracks. Had to borrow and spray from the front desk in order to spray them all over the place. (spare you the video ) 

Hotel offers free wifi just really annoying to log in everytime you need to go online.

The pool area opens at 9.00 and the pool bar at 11.00 enough of sunbeds according to the rooms at the area, and good thing is that you can put your towels on the sunbed in order to reserved the sunbed, pool isnt that big, and they also got the kids pool.

And if dont like the pool, the beach is just down the road, however it can get crowded there as well.

Coco lounge isnt somethin special just another rest in a hotel with overpriced menu.
But only place open when we arrvied late.

There is lots of dining places around and really good places to eat, just finding your place. Cala d’or is a really nice place to spend some days here. And they also got like a carnival here for the youngsters, ( huge playground ) 

The hotel is overall alright, pool is always cleaned everyday, got the sunrise from the bcalcony as well, do remember mozzy spray at night.

Nice location, close to everything nearby.

Great location next to the beach and near lots of shops and restaurants. Pool was nice and quiet during the day with plenty of sunbeds.

Unfortunately the cleaning was quiet poor. There were hairs on the floor when we arrived and they were still there the day we left. The cleaners do not vacuum the floor and just quickly mop which only moves around any dirt/sand. Beds were barely made and towels were not replaced every day. 

For a 3 star hotel you do not expect perfection but good cleaning is a basic requirement. I would not stay at this hotel again.
