The location of this place is great, it is also very big, with a lounge room with TV, good for meetings, training, etc. However, the management of this place is very poor. You have to wait or search for the staff if you need anything, they are almost never at the front desk. The food is very basic, as a vegetarian, I was served deep fried, tasteless meals every day. The breakfast is only a choice of ham, cheese and sugary cakes. The customer service is non-existent. On our check-out day, we went to the reception to pay, but again, there was no staff to be seen. We had to go to the kitchen and the lady in charge told us that no one else from the staff was there until late afternoon and that she does not want to be responsible for money, so we could not pay. She told us to leave and that the manager would call us to take the payment. Then she left a note saying we "left without paying". So when the manager called us two days later, he accused us of leaving without paying... They knew we were checking out on that day and they left a person in charge who doesn't want to touch the money. We spoke to them the night before, but they never mentioned that no staff would be there until the evening. Also, during our stay, a large group of kids arrived for a skiing holiday and when we asked the staff whether the kids could maybe hangout in the lounge room at 10.30 PM, instead of in the corridor, shouting and running around while we tried to sleep after a tiring day, they totally ignored us. All in all, I would recommend to stay here just to sleep, but eat elsewhere, it is really not worth the money. But be aware that this place is noisy.
