We stayed here as a base for our house hunting in Spain.

An excellent stay.

Terry and Julie are from the north east of the UK and are lovely friendly couple.

We stayed 2 nights and ate there 1 night.  The food was excellent, freshly cooked and tasty food.

The views are stunning and one can sit round the pool or relax on the terrace.

The room was lovely and big enough for a few nights stay.  Great decor too.  Small fridge with complimentary drinks in, tea and coffee with fresh milk, a light fan to keep you cool and several windows.  

There are 2 rooms you can stay in here.

The hosts were great company and the honesty bar a good idea. 

A very relaxing place and we did have tome time to enjoy it the 2nd afternoon/night.

It’s ideally placed for the airport but a quiet spot nestled away.

Julie made us dinner and short notice and given we were off at 4am for our flight back, she even made us a pack up each.

Relaxed, enjoyable with professional friendly hosts.  They are very knowledgeable of the area and contacts too.

Excellent and we will return.



Excellent

Julie and Terry, the hosts, make you feel at home the minute you arrive. Their place is beautifully maintained and has splendid views. The highway is less than  3 min away though you would never know it! We had a splendid stay and were spoilt with the delicious meals Julie prepares.

Stay with friends

Nothing about Finca Los Pinos changes..... and long may it stay that way!  The Finca is complete with everything you could possibly want out of a relaxing holiday, be it the pool (and adjacent honesty fridge-bar) the relaxing areas of which there are several for both sun-worshippers and shade worshippers, and of course the two lovely bedrooms which are cool, comfortable, and well equipped.  We've visited three times now, Terry & Julie never fail to make you feel special and very much at home, Julie is a great cook too and Terry does waitering to perfection, hardly anything dropped :)  We'll return, it's a favourite stay for us when in Andalusia.  Good job T&J.

Nothing changes...

This a very special place a little bit of paradise, beautiful setting absolutely immaculate the rooms are completed as if you were staying with friends. Both hosts Julie and Terry  treat you as friends and you leave wanting to come back. We had three evening meals that were cooked as if at home. Though you have great hosts they also give you lots of privacy as this is a place to unwind in very special surroundings. 

Paradise

Interested in hiking, visiting the White Villages, touring Malaga or Cordoba or Granada, Sherry or EVOO tour, ALL of this is possible from this beautiful country home in Andalusia.  Oh, and Julie and Terry were simply amazing hosts (and Chefs)

Absolutely Fabulous

We have just returned from 4 wonderful nights with Julie and Terry.  Although we booked based on the reviews, I didn't really think it could be as good as everyone said - it is - and much, much more besides.  From the moment you go onto the drive, you experience the warmth and friendliness of Julie and Terry.  They welcome you to their home as though you were family - nothing is too much trouble, and it is clear their main aim is to ensure you have a good time, that you relax and de-stress from normal life.  They have 100% achieved the balance of being "there" when you need them but leaving you to enjoy space when that is needed.  Thanks to Terry we enjoyed a lovely couple of evenings experiencing the Fiesta in nearby Villanueva del Rosario.  We also opted to take advantage of a pottery class with Juan.  This is highly recommended - we had never done anything like this before and were both amazed how relaxing it was.  We thoroughly enjoyed Tapas on the evening we arrived, along with a very large G&T by the pool - just right at the end of a long day travelling, before collapsing into one of the most comfortable beds ever.  On our last evening we enjoyed a beautiful home cooked meal (thanks Julie), in the breakfast room which was set to perfection!  Breakfast was beautiful, with fresh eggs from the chickens, preserves and jams made by Julie from the fruit grown in the garden... I could go on and on, but this guest house needs to be experienced to be believed.  Thank you both for a wonderful few days, we are currently checking holiday arrangements so that we can get our dates over to you for next year!  We arrived as guests, but left as friends. Paradise!

It was a very nice stay with very friendly people (Julie & Terry). If you stay in Malaga definitely a must. The location is also very good, close to the motorway ... Julie and Terry also give good tips on sights and activities. For us it was the first time Malaga and Finca Los Pinos. The couple with whom we have been travelling there has been going there for years (>10 times). This couple has a lot of experience in terms of traveling around the world, so that says says it all!

Fantastic!

There are lots of good things about Finca Los Pinos - welcoming hosts, excellent breakfast, beautiful pool area, reasonably priced honesty bar and happy hens. The room was quirky but OK. A lovely place if you want a few days relaxation by the pool or an easy drive to various towns and sights.
The location is fine - very close to the motorway from Malaga (not that you'd know it once you are there). There aren't really any places to eat in the nearest village but there are lots in Vva del Trabuco which is a 10 minute drive. You can also walk to the motorway service station where you can get a ridiculously cheap but decent meal (ask for the menu) in a pleasant cafe.
Would definitely come back here.
