I stayed at this wonderful place for my off day at the camino. They have great food, a wonderful little garden with hammocks and amazing staff. 

Noelia was super friendly and helpful during my stay! Thank you for that. In the room there are blankets in case it gets cold and the bathroom was very clean all the time. 
The only think I did not like very much were the rather noisy beds. Further than that a great stay :-)

Great food and a comfortable albergue

We stayed at this delightful hostal on our Camino de Santiago on 24th October. We had a double room with private shower & WC and everything was new and spotlessly clean. The bunk rooms for pilgrims also looked spotless, each bed with its own plug for phone charging.
We had an excellent meal in the evening and breakfast the following morning. We are both vegetarian and my wife is gluten intolerant and they were most helpful and willingly adapted their menu to suit our needs.
Camino del Perdón Hostal is friendly, bright and excellent value for money. It is situated in a pretty village and has a garden to telex on sunny days. This is by far the best place that we have stayed so far on our Camino.

Wonderful accommodation on the Camino de Santiago.

This was a nice place to stop.  All of the staff were very friendly and helpful.We stayed in the albergue, though a little dark inside, the bunks were comfortable. The restaurant was great and the outside common area was perfect for relaxing.

Nice Camino stop

At first I thought it a bit strange that we checked into the cafe and were told to get into a van to drive us to our accommodations. I worried we would be too far but it truly was just 2 streets away. Our room was clean, quiet (very) and had a spacious bathroom. This hostal is really an apartment with rented rooms (ensuite bathrooms included). I was impressed and Noelia (who helped us check in and drove us to the Hostal, served us dinner and breakfast) could not have been more charming. We loved our stay here!

Like your own guest house--you have a room, kitchen, living room and yard! Lovely!

It’s located in an in-between spot, where most people just stop for lunch or a snack. And it’s one of just two places to stay. All in all, it wasn’t too bad.

We had a private room with shower, and that was all we really needed. WiFi was good, beds were comfortable, and it was quite clean.

The food was good, and the ladies who ran the place were friendly enough. I’m glad we gave this place a try.

We stopped here while walking the Camino. We had a private room which was very comfortable and had a private bathroom.The lunch menu was very good and we had a good communal pilgrim dinner, with ample amounts of well prepared food.

The staff was welcoming and helpful. There were facilities for laundry. Can recommend as a good stop for those traveling the Camino.

Good stop on the Camino

This place is full of hate.  we ate a late lunch there.  Although the food is ok, the service is really terrible and they are not very friendly. to foreign pilgrims.  They call themselves a restaurant, but If you are staying in the ( only other) albergue in the village they wont serve you any food at night.  

The host at the other albergue kindly found us some food- thank you!

My advice is if you choose to stay in Uterga - choose the other albergue ((Baztan) and their pilgrims menu) but do not stay at the Camino Del Perdon they are awful.
