This place is a rip off, for what you pay you can also stay in a 5 star hotel when booked cleverly! 
You feel in Lo-Egin in a 3rd world country. There is nothing good to report about it. 
This site should not be mentioned by sites like Booking.com or others. 
If there is nothing in town free, go to the suburbs!

Scandalous in any sense- avoid

Out of a bit of desperation, and out of a lot of Booking.com pressure, I booked for two nights at this Pension, more for its location that the pictures. So bad was it that I immediately requested to vacate and my money back. The place had no air conditioning, not fan and no towels in the room! The Colombian proprietor (Omar - which apparently has the meaning 'she knows' but it was a he) was rather belligerent and did not want to hear my complaints - he just wanted the money.

Words cannot describe how bad this place is. Avoid it like the plague!!!

This has got to be the worst Pension in existance - Avoid BOOKING.COM in crowded cities

I have booked this property last minute and normally I always check reviews but this time I didn't and bad luck. First my flight arrived early so I tried my luck around noon nobody was answering on the entrance there is a sign check-in 1500-2030h, came back around 1pm and there was somebody got my keys and towels. Rooms in pretty bad shape old doors and unsafe looks furniture old. They have only painted some walls looks like for photos. Bathrooms very dirty you can see that nobody is cleaning them after customers left. Overall total disaster property cannot be rated even as a hostel. Price is ridiculous compare what they offer. Real disgrace for a city like S.Sebastian should be closed by local authorities.Haven't stayed in such a poor condition property anywhere in the world. If you can please avoid this pension even for a night.

Pension to avoid

It's a noisy, dirty dump of a place. The windows didn't fit leaving one inch gap. The communal toilet light shone through our room window when in use and as there were no curtains to block the light we were constantly woken. The room only had a couple of tatty old nets to hide all the waste pipes and services which went down the central atrium of the building, right outside our bedroom window. The noise when anyone else in the 5 storey building flushed their toilets sounded like a waterfall outside our window. The room wasn't large enough to swing a cat in and had an adjoining door to the reception so we were also awoken by the telephone ringing all morning, no chance of a lay-in. the sink in the bedroom had long black hairs on it so obviously hadn't been cleaned since the previous tenant. We wanted to leave the first night but were unable to find a reasonably priced room anywhere online so were stuck with this dive.

Overpriced dump

Do not stay here! One of the worst hotels I have ever stayed in. The rooms are dark, badly decorated and uncomfortable. It was hot, with no air conditioning. There is one shared bathroom, which was often unoccupied. They don't give you towels, so you have to bring your own. Most of all- the NOISE! The walls are paper thin, so all night there was lots of noise, especially from the bathroom. It was also very expensive. AVOID!
