These apartments are on the sea front with glorious views. The apartments are nicely done up. We were able to check in at 11 am as our flight landed early. The location is spot on just beside the Tiny  Bar. Reception is limited hours and there is  no pool,  bar or restaurant but you have everything all around. Reception staff were lovely.

A gem

Loved it here, fantastic view onto the Atlantic ocean, right on the strip, there are steps down to the lower floor so might not be for everyone, there was an old woman in her 80s staying there and she seemed to manage,
The apartment had everything we needed on a self-catering holiday and the staff where very friendly and helpful at all times, will stay here again in the future no doubt.

Location, location,  location

We booked this accommodation last September , paid in full and arrived 26th April to find we were the only occupants in the apartments  & felt isolated and unsafe, there was construction in all the apartments , drilling and painting . the owner could not be contacted , we had to find other accommodation, ruined our holiday , we should have been informed before we booked. The rooms are shabby and dirty wardrobes and front door broken . Emergency number on reception door , no one answering phone . if you need a holiday stay away from these . the only good thing is the views.

Amazing  accommodation! The great  location  and high standard service. 
Very  clean apartment  and helpful  staff. A bathroom has  everything what you need!Puerto del Carmen promenade is near your door.The best pubs and restaurants 15 minutes walks.

We booked a two bedroom Apt here as we wanted the extra space but also to be on the ground floor near the sea.The view's from sunrise to sunset are second to none and are amazing.The Apartments are basic but kept very clean by the hard working staff and have everything thing you need. Supermarkets,shops, bars and restaurants are near by with a beautifully little beach a three  min walk around a lovely little cliff path.So a big thank you to Antonio and his friendly staff for making our stay a memorable one. The only negative we had was there is no Air Conditioning which will need to be addressed as it was sooo hot.

A little slice of heaven...

This hotel is all about the location , Atlantic views and sun on your  balcony all day long.

Accommodation is basic but perfectly adequate with all the necessary facilities for a self catering stay .

The manager/ owner called us directly to arrange check in to suit our arrival time .

Rooms are cleaned regularly.

All in all , a good apartment in a brilliant location

Great views ideal location

Stayed in a two bedroom apartment  ground floor but not so much ground floor it's 42 steps down.  Not disabled friendly. The photos online look nothing like the inside of the apartments. 
Arrived at 10 at night greeted by the owner who let us in to the property.  He spoke about the security door that was accessible via a key fob and how important it was to keep it shut. Shame he was then seen leaving it open during the week which allowed none residents to use the sunbeds. Leaving us vulnerable to people getting in and potentially stealing items from the fronts of the Apartments.
Apartments basic but clean, be careful using the cooker as you get electric shocks from just touching it not even turned on. 
Kitchen full of ants no matter what you do to get rid of them. 
Only natural light, in the Apartment coming from the main doors.
No window in the bathroom just glass blocks or bedroom ( window opens but it's blocked by a wall) 
Main bedroom next to the kitchen has a serving hatch style window into the corridor to allow light in. 
Very claustrophobic feeling. 
Ceiling fans in both bedrooms handy but can be noisy. 
Tv only had German speaking channels so unable to listen to music or watch a movie. 
Bathroom ok but extremely dark and the wall lights are next to useless, be careful using the bathroom as the door is very see through frosted glass, meaning you can see everything going on if you're walking down the corridor to the bedrooms.
View from balcony is amazing and being able to listen to the waves. 
Access to the sea is none existent unless you fancy climbing over rocks and potentially injuring yourself falling over. Small sandy beach located to the right handside if you fancy walking up 42steps then along past the shops and back down through a derelict shopping/restaurant building.  

Tip for you don't leave your umbrella out overnight as the owner gets angry and takes it away, even though we didn't know this was a rule no information in the apartment  Usually you get a booklet containing property information and contact details plus local attractions. 
Room cleaned 2/3 times during the week and towels replaced 1 time. Bedding not changed.
4 sunbeds per apartment but only one umbrella.  Would be better with two umbrellas. 

Depending on your preference the apartment is OK for location restaurants shops etc up the stairs , if your after a beach front location to use the beach this is not the bed location. 
Disappointed for the high price based on what we saw online. 


Overpriced for what it is. 

What a fantastic place! The sea views are uninterrupted, the host was super helpful and the apartment was very clean.. I would happily recommend this to anyone!
The island is very easily accessible from this resort and the vineyards are very close at hand.

Great apartments, unsurpassed views and a helpful host

Absolutely fantastic location with magnificent views of the Atlantic Ocean. Stayed for one week and had a one bedroom apartment. We were welcomed by Antonio who made us feel very comfortable, a lovely person with a big personality. He showed us to our room and explained the ins and out. Although the apartment was quite spacious it was very dated; not what was advertised online, having said this, it was clean and did have that view. It was very quiet and we slept well at night. These apartments are close to all the bars and restaurants and it’s a nice stroll down to the old harbor and town, about 20 minutes. The staff are lovely and friendly. Downstairs there are sun loungers for all to use free of charge. If you want a quiet place to stay with a view to die for then this is the place to go. 

Best holiday we’ve enjoyed in PDC so far. Stayed from 14-28th December 2021
We requested a top floor room which was kindly acknowledged by Antonio
Rooms were well kept and cleaned every other day
Antonio on reception was very kind with the nice gifts provided at Christmas 
Best of all is the views overlooking the sea from balcony 
I would highly recommend a stay here
