Namadi is a super cool host. The hotel has nice room with great view overlooking Nuwara Eliya town below. Sparkling clean large bathroom with hot shower; though water pressure could sometimes be uneven. It's a 15 mins walk to town, bus station, and market

Very clean and comfortable rooms with expansive views. The shower had decent pressure which was a welcome change 😂 Namadi was a great host and very helpful taking us around the town and helping us get train tickets to Ella as well. Would highly recommend.

Great views and clean rooms

One of the highlights of staying in Nuwara Eliya. Owner was super friendly and helped us get our laundry done as well. 

Rooms are comfortable, clean and warm. Communal spaces were also welcoming and conducive for us to just hang out and chill. 

Would highly recommend to all travellers to the area.

Friendly, clean and affordable

This place was recommended to us by our driver, Geeth, and boy was this accommodation amazing! The room was very comfy and well equipped with warm blankets and hot water. We were here for 2 nights in the middle of an 18 day trip around Sri Lanka and had plenty of dirty laundry which our host kindly arranged laundry service for. Very clean and comfortable place with spectacular views (check out the rooftop above the dining room!). Highly recommended and great value for money

Great views, superb room, nice host!

I genuinely enjoyed my stay here. The room was clean and cosy and there was heated water. The owner of the hotel was very nice and helped send our clothes out for laundry. Other staff I encountered were all very nice as well.

Nice and cosy

Clean, comfortable rooms, hot water showers, staff friendly and welcoming! Stayed here for two nights for birdwatching and the accommodations were accessible to many nearby sites and convenient for groceries and food.

Great accommodations in Nuwara Eliya

The host was most welcome and helpful. Also took us for some famous places to visit and explained/ told about Sri Lanka background. The hotel itself has chill, warm wibes so recommended it for everyone very much! :)

Two nights

I stayed for a month in this place and always felt comfortable and safe. Nice and very clean room/huge bathroom, good location to catch adorable sunrise and sunshine..

Perfect view and great hospitality.

We stayed here three nights after our booking at nearby Chez Allen was mishandled and Namadi came to our rescue. If you are checking the reviews note that most of the poor ones are from years ago. Namadi has worked hard to turn this into a comfortable gem of a place to stay. WiFi here is now the fastest that I've come across in Sri Lanka. Make sure you log into the upstairs one. The rooms are large, the beds comfortable, we asked for extra blankets and were snug and slept well. The hot showers were first class. Most of the food was delicious especially the curry. The road up the hill is very steep, in return you get the most incredible panoramic views I've ever had from a hotel. There are some steps that act as a short cut to town, it took us twenty minutes. Namadi is attentive to his client's needs, just ask if you need anything, my wife had hurt her shoulder and he gave her some oil to rub in, which helped. He arranged our trip to Horton Plains and our ongoing transportation to Hatton. He works hard and is a lovely person. Recommend.

Spectacular views, lovely host, great value

The view is stunning, really tasty Sri Lankan breakfast, nice owner who is willing to help with everything, definitely worth the money! Rooms are spacious and clean, we had a great time there. Recommended!
